New Legions Imperialis & Old World MTO Pre-Orders Revealed
Here are the details for these new releases, which will be available to pre-order with your favorite retailers on Saturday, August 3rd, 2024, around 1 p.m. EST in the States.
Legions Imperialis Pre-Orders
The latest pre-orders for Horus Heresy: Legions Imperialis are here, and they’re about to blow your mind. It’s time for more heart-pounding miniatures action for one of Warhammer 40k’s most legendary conflicts – the Horus Heresy.
With this latest release, you’ll once again be commanding iconic legions, leading legendary heroes, and unleashing some seriously devastating war machines- all on an epic scale!
Legions Imperialis – The Devastation of Tallarn
This book details the Iron Warriors’ devastating campaign on the once-verdant agri-world of Tallarn, turning it into a desert. It introduces various Legions Imperialis campaigns, including the advanced Breakthrough Campaign and the Northern Desolation campaign. It also includes Battle Honours, Veteran Detachments, Formations of Legends, and new Formations and Detachments for the Legiones Astartes and the Solar Auxilia.
Legions Imperialis: The Devastation of Tallarn Cards
This is a set of 24 rules reference cards that include new Detachments and Formations. This set also includes three Legiones Astartes Vehicle Commander Cards with commander profiles and special rules.
Shadowswords, Stormblades, and Stormswords
The Solar Auxilia’s super-heavy tanks were highly versatile in terms of battlefield roles during the Horus Heresy. This set allows you to build two tanks, selecting from options such as the titan-hunting Shadowsword or the fortress-cracking Stormsword. Each tank comes with a main weapon, a hull-mounted heavy bolter, and a choice of heavy bolter and lascannon sponsons. Additionally, the box includes a Solar Auxilia vehicle transfer sheet with 288 decals.
Leman Russ Executioner and Demolisher Squadron
The Leman Russ is a versatile and reliable vehicle used by the Solar Auxilia, featuring various specialized variants for different combat roles. For example, the Leman Russ Executioner is designed to effectively eliminate heavy infantry and armored targets with its powerful plasma cannon, while the Leman Russ Demolisher is adept at destroying trenches and fortifications with its namesake cannon.
The kit includes eight tanks built in different patterns, each equipped with a hull-mounted heavy bolter or lascannon. Additionally, a transfer sheet containing 288 decals specific to Solar Auxilia vehicles is also provided.
Sicaran Arcus and Punisher Squadron
The Sicaran, a versatile tank used by the Legiones Astartes, is known for its adaptability. It comes in multiple variations, such as the Sicaran Arcus, which features an Arcus missile launcher with different warheads, and the Sicaran Punisher, equipped with a powerful rapid-firing rotary cannon. These tanks can also be customized with sponson-mounted lascannons or heavy bolters. Additionally, when you purchase this box, you’ll receive a Legiones Astartes vehicle transfer sheet containing 1,130 decals.
