We’ve been seeing tons of previews for the Lumineth Realm-Lords from GW, and here’s two new units that look to have been hidden in plain sight!
Two new units look to be still on the way to the Lumineth Realm-Lords. Coming from some recent previews spanning a few weeks back to now, there are a few new units we’re still waiting to see GW’s official word on.
The Lumineth Model That’s Been Teased For Ages
First seen at 2020’s GAMA, These pics popped up during some kind of “designer’s commentary” sort of announcement. But looking at this Aelf from above, she looks to maybe be some kind of Oracle.
For the chalice, we can see what looks like a sleeve/hand holding the bottom while some mystery smoke blows in the same direction as the lady’s veil above.
During GW’s first wave of online previews, we saw her full model appear in a video. You can see that she’s got a really big headdress, is holding the chalice, and is covered in black robes.
If you remember back to the Ossiarch Bonereaper previews, we saw the same thing happen to the Mortisan Bonereaper. He was one of the very last models to get the spotlight despite being mentioned and seen in the background of the army snapshots.
Now as one of the latest previews to come from Warhammer Community, we’ve got some dope artwork alongside her name, Scinari Cathallar.
To that end, sometimes it was more appropriate to show a character in a darker environment to emphasise that they are emanating their own light – such as with the Light of Eltharion and Scinari Cathallar.
We still don’t know if she’ll be something like a Wizard or a Priest. But we do know that she’s at least a named character. All in all, the model is sweet and it’s definitely interesting to see GW theme these Aelves around shaping the earth instead of just being “magical” or “superior”. It’s definitely a unique aspect that’ll fit in with AoS’s other actions.
Alarith Stoneguard’s Alternate Weapon Kits?
The Alarith Stoneguard were some units previewed during GW’s two-weekend live stream event. These dudes are wearing headdresses dedicated to the Spirit o the Mountain unit we also saw previewed. Now let’s look at their weapons. They’ve got some pretty generic looking hammers in this snapshot. However, there’s another preview that dropped that looks like they’re getting some kind of literal stone hammers.

Check out the hammers on the Alarith Stoneguard. The hammer is obviously longer and painted blue, almost like a gemstone. You can also see a sharp bit of the hammer on the model to the right.
These hammers, whatever they’re made out of are definitely long. You can also see a Stoneguard dude hoisting his hammer over his head behind a Spirit of the Mountain.
If it’s anything like the Rockgut Troggoth’s hammer (which is also made of gemstone), they could be slapping for a whopping three-damage a pop. With two new models hiding in some previews still, there’s a lot more depth to the Lumineth Realm-Lords than we might have initially thought!
