Wargames Atlantic is redesigning and retooling the Iron-Core range and they’re kicking off the new line with the Eisenkern Stormtroopers!
If you loved the initial line you’re going to be really happy! They are not only redesigning the old minis, but they are bringing all kinds of new stuff. The crew has been working with Mark for the past few months to revamp the line. They are starting with the Stormtroopers but it looks like a new faction and more boxes are in the works.

To kick off the re-launch of the completely redesigned and retooled range is a brand new box of Eisenkern Stormtroopers! This hard plastic set will allow you to field 20 Stormtroopers with loads of options and equipment. The 20 model box will retail for $34.95 / £25 in the UK.
We’ve been working with Mark for the last few months and have big plans for this range. The Eisenkern Stormtroopers will be followed by another fan-favorite, the Eisenkern Panzerjägers.

Iron-Core Eisenkern Stormtroopers: $34.95
You’re going to get 20 hard plastic miniatures in one box with tons of bits. Hard to get a better price than that! These make perfect alternatives for so many game systems. We see some great Imperial Guard conversions here though… If you love Wargames Atlantic, check what else they have going on.
They are ready for anything that comes their way! Whether their confidence is misplaced or not is yet to be seen. They are only humans in a vast Universe after all.
Just looking at the minis we can already dream up so many conversions. Not that they need to be converted, but the kit comes with so many extra bits we have to give it a shot.
Comparison With The Old Minis
They have kept the feel of the original design and really improved it. You get the feel of the classic minis but with a bunch of visual upgrades. It’s always nice to see an upgrade that stays true to the original idea. Not to mention the fact you get 20 of these hard plastic minis for the price.
Preview of What’s to come
The Iron-Core Universe is also getting a totally new faction! This is just a prototype but this is going to be the base for the Protectorate faction. Keep an eye out for the new releases coming soon!
