New Warhammer Age of Sigmar Pre-Orders
The latest Warhammer Age of Sigmar pre-orders have arrived, and they’re as epic as a Stormcast Thunderstrike! Whether you’re rallying your armies in Shyish or forging alliances in Aqshy, these new releases are here to elevate your game to legendary status.
Warhammer Age of Sigmar – Skaventide
The pre-order phase for Skaventide is gonna be two weeks long. ‘Cause GW is expecting a crazy demand, they’re setting up a queue system. Each person can only pre-order one copy, and your pre-order time depends on where you’re at.
For those in the EST/EDT timezone, get ready to hit that pre-order button at 1 PM on June 29th!
The new starter will come with 74 models (24 Stormcast and 50 Skaven), all the accessories you need, the cards, The General’s Handbook, and the rulebook. The 40k Leviathan Starter sold for $250, so at $265, Skaventide is also far more expensive than Dominion, but it seems like we’re getting a pretty beefy box to go along with the price!

The Skaventide box has everything you need to dive into the new Spearhead game mode. It’s got plenty of miniatures for both the Stormcast Eternals and Skaven forces, along with rules for all available Spearhead boxes in the 144-page Spearhead: Fire and Jade book.
You’ll also find a double-sided game board with printed objectives, all the necessary terrain pieces, 3” and 6” range rulers that clip together, the required cards (two Twist Decks and two Battle Tactic Decks), and some dice. This awesome set lets players jump right into the action and start playing Spearhead right away.
This set comes with a 272-page hardback Warhammer Age of Sigmar Core Book. It’s jam-packed with amazing art, detailed background info, and a fold-out cosmology of the Mortal Realms. It’s got all the Core and Advanced rules you need to play, plus the First Blood battlepack and the Path to Glory battlepack.
On top of that, there’s a deck of 17 cards with season rules and battle plans for the 2024-25 Matched Play Season General’s Handbook. It’s perfect for getting your tactical game on point right from the get-go.
Hobbyists can take advantage of pre-order bonuses by paying full price for the box at the Warhammer webstore or in-store terminal of their local Warhammer store. Those who pre-order will receive a set of six metal objective tokens.
Alternatively, purchasing the box at a local Warhammer store (again for full retail price) on the release date of July 13th will also come with a set of command point tokens, available while stocks last.
You can also receive a Skaventide-themed hardback notebook by pre-ordering at a discounted price from participating independent stores.

Skaventide
In connection with the launch of the new edition of Warhammer Age of Sigmar, a thrilling new novel called “Skaventide” by Gary Kloster is now available. The novel depicts the intense battle for survival by the Stormcast Eternals of the Ruination Chamber in the midst of the Skaven apocalypse.
Within this desolate landscape, a lost Stormcast Eternal holds ancient and forbidden knowledge, making him a valuable prize sought after by the Skaven. The outcome of this race against time is crucial, as it could determine the fate of Aqshy. “Skaventide” is available for pre-order in hardback, eBook, and audiobook formats.

The Skaventide book also comes in a stunning royal blue Special Edition based on the colors of the Hallowed Knights. This edition features screen-printed artwork with silver foil on the front and spine, blue page edges, and a blue ribbon bookmark.
