New Black Library releases focusing on Space Wolves, Ephrael Stern, and Direchasm are headlining the lore side of things this week!

Lone Wolves (Graphic Novel)
On the ice world of Shadrac, Sergeant Marlin leads his unit of beleaguered Guardsmen away from the rampaging tyranid hordes. But to where? As the vicious aliens get ever closer, all he can do is pray for a miracle from the Emperor. Whilst his troops are preparing themselves for certain death, a group of hulking figures appears in the midst of a snowstorm – their miracle has arrived as a band of savage Space Wolves joins the fray! But when the smoke of battle clears, Marlin realises his salvation may not be as close as he thought.

Beastgrave is starving. Poisoned from the inside by the treacherous Katophrane Curse, the Ur-Mountain forever calls warriors to its bloody depths in its desperation. Myriad warbands answer from across the Mortal Realms, some seeking treasure, others power, and yet more wishing only to kill. None find what they came for, and even death is denied those who enter Beastgrave’s halls.
Now, a new area has yawned open, the Direchasm – a place of darkness where warbands fight endlessly. Some, like Myari’s Purifiers – noble scions of the Lumineth Realm-lords – have come to purge the taint from the mountain. Others, such as The Dread Pageant, seek any sign of Slaanesh, and will stop at nothing until the lost deity is found. To achieve their goals, both must battle the likes of The Wurmspat, Rippa’s Snarlfangs and The Grymwatch. Beastgrave demands blood, but those who enter its caverns soon find themselves lost to its fury, doomed to fight an endless war.

Ephrael Stern: The Heretic Saint
Throughout the tortured galaxy, Ephrael Stern is known by many names. The Thrice-born. The Daemonifuge. The Heretic Saint. Trapped deep within Imperium Nihilus following the coming of the Great Rift, the maligned Sister of Battle fears the Imperium is no more. The God-Emperor’s light, which has guided her through centuries of strife, has too extinguished. Seemingly forsaken, Stern is bereft until a mysterious stranger arrives, offering her a new destiny. One that might yet see the Imperium saved. Stern must prove herself worthy of the God-Emperor’s grace once more, lest a new threat greater than any mankind has faced before plunge humanity into a nightmare abyss of nothingness.
