The new Be’lakor coin release and latest GW free miniature are happening in April! Here’s how you can get in on the action.
Warhammer Community unveiled all the details about the newest coin and free mini promotion, which is a Pink Horror this time around. While getting a new coin and free mini is all well and good, the bigger news? It seems like Be’lakor may be hitting shelves in April! With a little luck, we won’t have to wait too long for the Daemon Prince.
New Free GW Miniature & Be’lakor Coin for April!
The promotion has been going for a few months now, but if you haven’t heard about it, here are some quick details. You head to your nearest GW store, and if you spend $100, you get the coin (while supplies last). For the free mini, all you have to do is go into a GW store and ask for one (also while supplies last) no purchase necessary, it has worked that easy for us so far!
Let’s first look at all the previous coins and then check out the new one!
Previous Coins
Here’s a quick look back at the four previous coins, and of course that first tease of the Be’lakor one as well.
The first coin of the promotion was to herald in the Morathi book. With the newest Be’lakor coin, we’re up to 5, which is almost enough to grab the coin holder.
Once you have collected six of the collectible coins, you will be eligible to get a coin booklet you display your growing collection!
This was the Death Guard coin, which was shown back in November. Like we said before, you have to spend over $100 to add any of the coins to your collection. Which kind of sucked for DG players, because you couldn’t spend any of that hundred on new minis since they weren’t out yet!
The February coin coincided with the big release of all the Hedonites stuff as well as a free Daemonette. Looks like we’ll be getting three months straight for Aos since the 40k releases have been so delayed.
The free mini was from the Vanari Auralan Wardens box, so this isn’t necessarily the mini you received. They just built up a bunch of them from the full kit and handed them out for free. Just like with every month you didn’t have to purchase anything to get the mini.
Last month saw the release of the Lumineth coin, but again, there was no new stuff to buy when it was available. So hopefully you needed some other reinforcements for your army!
Be’lakor Model & Coin Release
This month you’ll get a free Pink Horror just by going into the store. Like the other months, they just open a few boxes and build them up. Meaning this may not be the exact mini you get.

The new coin looks pretty sweet! You’ll have to spend $100 to get this, but Be’lakor is probably going to be over that anyway, but we doubt this will actually come out at the same time as him in the month. If you’ve grabbed all of the coins so far, you’ll only be one off from being eligible for the coin holder, as you need 6 to qualify.

Be’lakor Release
They didn’t give an actual date for when you can buy him and the new Broken Realms book, just may be happening in April. If the other releases are anything to go off, it looks like it will be more towards the end of the month. Either way, can’t complain about a great-looking model!
