The Dark Angels are back! Learn to paint that dope bone armor color today with Wyatt at Jack of Clubs Painting! He’s speed painting a Deathwing Terminator!
Wyatt regularly does Painting tutorials, but due to the nature of speed painting, this one is likely to be easier to follow and beginner-friendly! Not to mention, if you are experienced, these techniques may help you trim those minutes off on your major projects and save time in the long run.
This is How To Paint Dark Angels Fast! TUTORIAL
Before Wyatt gets started on this model he has it in two sub-assemblies.
He primes it with Desert Sand from AK Interactive. He also uses Greyish Yellow and RAL Cremeweiss for the Bone Armor. Signal Green and Deep Green for the greens. Warm Skin Tone and Burnt Sand for his face. He also will try out a new metallic; Bronze from AK. Everything else will just be up to you, just basic colors. Those being reds, blacks, and some steel here and there.

Once that step is done we can wash the model. Put the two sub-assemblies together at this time as well. He uses the usual Mr.Hobby Multiblack Oil system. Start by covering the model in the multi black then going back over with the solvent to spread it and remove some of the pooling. He also did this with the brown wash on areas that would be dirtier.
And with that, this Deathwing Knight is complete! If you want to hear Wyatt’s break down, watch the full video below.
