Don’t miss the top Warhammer 40k army lists featuring Necrons, Sisters of Battle, and World Eaters from the Glasshammer GT.

From the looks of it, 40k’s new balance dataslate update has fixed the stagnant meta and yanked the rip cord to give other armies a shot at the spotlight. Now it seems that the meta isnt in flux as much this week. Last week, T3 armies were the bullies, but this week, it’s some of the usual factions causing trouble.

Either way, the Glasshammer GT October is over, and now we can look at which 40k factions’ playstyles and army lists managed to secure a place at the top!

The Necrons rose from their tombs once again to claim victory at the Glasshammer GT, proving that sometimes the best way to win Warhammer 40k is to let the galaxy remember who ruled it first.

This wasn’t some scrappy horde or fragile gunline; it was an ancient death machine running at full efficiency, led by none other than the Silent King himself. His weapons of the Triarch disintegrated elite units, while his command aura kept the Necron lines moving like a metallic phalanx.

Backing the King was a Catacomb Command Barge armed with a Resurrection Orb and the kind of ego only a millennia-old Overlord can carry.

The Psychomancer added a touch of madness to the mix. His chrono-fields warped time itself, letting the army strike and retreat before the enemy could respond.

Three Skorpekh Lords brought brutal precision to the melee. Around them scuttled squads of Flayed Ones, tearing apart stragglers.

Triarch Praetorians guarded key positions, rods of covenant glowing with ancient power, while Lokhust Destroyers zipped between objectives, gauss cannons shredding whatever dared move.

Overwatching it all, three Doomsday Arks rained annihilation from afar, their cannons lighting up the field like miniature suns. A Triarch Stalker prowled beside them, locking targets and amplifying the devastation with precise heat rays.

Final Thoughts From Us: Glasshammer GT October

As the dust settles from the Glasshammer GT, the Necrons remind us that sometimes ancient tech beats fresh tactics, while the Sisters of Battle show that a little faith can go a long way. And let’s not forget the World Eaters, who are just here for a bloody good time, literally!

The meta’s on life support one week, then flipping tables the next, and honestly, that’s half the fun. Next event’s right around the corner, and who knows which faction’s about to crash the party next?

Until then, the 40k meta’s wide open again, and the next week may just be something entirely different again.
