1st Place: Matthew Dean, Adepta Sororitas Army Lists (Sisters of Battle)
This Sisters list works like a slow-moving holy battering ram. It marches forward behind armored melee bricks, buckets of melta, and characters that refuse to let anything stay dead.
The three Hospitallers keep your front line patched up so your units can fight longer than they should. Morvenn Vahl is the main force booster, adding rerolls, durability, and a nasty counterpunch. Saint Celestine handles diving into flanks and securing threatened objectives.
Two Immolators push your melta squads into range and fire their own multi-melta shots along the way. The Castigator helps soften targets with steady long-range fire.
Three Celestian Sacresant squads form the main defensive formation, bodyguarding characters, hitting hard, and holding midboard with stubborn faith.
Two Dominion Squads bring big melta output and hop out of Immolators to delete armored threats. The Paragon Warsuits add tougher bodies, more melta, and solid melee to clean up whatever survives.
Two Retributor Squads bring even more multi-melta shots, giving the army an overwhelming anti-tank presence. The Sanctifiers offer cheap board control, flames for clearing screens, and general utility to close out the list.
How It Scores
The list wins by pushing straight into the middle behind Sacresants and Paragons. Immolators get melta where it needs to be, Retributors break anchor units, and miracle dice keep key rolls reliable. Once your bricks sit on the center objective, the scoring falls your way fast.
2nd Place: Callum German, Space Marines Army Lists (Ultramarines)
This Ultramarines Blade of Ultramar list hits the table like a hero parade wrapped in a shield wall. It pushes forward with steady pressure, locks down the middle, and leans on characters and elite bodies to grind through anything that stands in the way.
The Captain with Armour of Antoninus leads the frontline as a durable anchor. Captain Sicarius adds melee bite and boosts whichever squad needs the extra push. The Lieutenant keeps bolters and plasma accurate thanks to a reroll aura.
Marneus Calgar and his Victrix Guard form the center threat, marching into the midfield and refusing to move. Uriel Ventris adds rerolls and utility, helping your infantry reposition or secure key scoring plays.
Your Intercessors hold objectives closer to your deployment zone and provide steady bolter fire while absorbing early pot shots. The Impulsor lets you push a unit into midfield fast and adds chip fire to soften screens.
Company Heroes bring some versatile support. The Champion handles duels, the Ancient keeps discipline tight, and the Veterans add reliable shooting.
The Incursor Squad scouts forward, blocks deep strike, and threatens vehicles with the haywire mine.
Your two Redemptor Dreadnoughts are the major damage dealers. Their plasma weapons, Gatling, and fists crack armor, push infantry off objectives, and punish anything that wanders into the middle.
The Vanguard Veterans offer mobility and storm shield durability, letting them pick off isolated units or trade up on flanks.
Three squads of Victrix Honour Guard finish the core. They shield characters, control objectives, and carve through infantry with master crafted weapons. They make the center nearly impossible to shift once they set up.
How It Scores
This army scores by taking the middle early and holding it with Victrix blocks, characters, and Redemptor firepower. Once the midfield turns Ultramarine blue, most opponents run out of tools before you run out of bodies.
3rd Place: Lachlan Rigg, World Eaters Army Lists
This World Eaters Berzerker Warband list is pure forward motion. It floods the board with fast melee threats, pushes nonstop pressure, and forces opponents to make bad choices until they are buried under chainblades.
The Daemon Prince of Khorne leads the wave. With the Helm of Brazen Ire, he tanks incoming fire and smashes whatever survives long enough to swing back.
Khârn the Betrayer is your personal guided missile. Point him at anything important, and it stops existing. Argel Tal (just a Slaughterbound) brings speed and extra punch with the Berzerker Glaive.
Khorne Berzerkers are clearly the backbone of this melee-centered list. Chainblades carve infantry, eviscerators handle armor, and the Icon keeps them consistent. They take the midboard, clear it, and keep rolling forward.
The Chaos Rhino helps one Berzerker unit reach scoring positions early while giving you a durable piece to block lanes and absorb fire.
The Chaos Spawns act as fast, cheap disruptors. They force screens to reposition, soak overwatch, and open space for your real killers.
Eightbound squads bring brutal speed as they jump into flanks, hunt isolated targets, and clear objectives fast. The Exalted Eightbound go harder, deleting elite units or anchor pieces before they get a turn.
The Forgefiend gives you long-range pressure, softening targets with ectoplasma so your melee hitters can finish the job.
Finally, two units of Jakhals close it out and handle utility: screening, grabbing early points, and absorbing overwatch so Berzerkers and Eightbound can charge cleanly.
How It Scores
This army scores by flooding the center, trading fast, and collapsing every flank at once. Once the first wave connects, the rest of the army piles in until nothing is left standing but Khorne’s chosen.
