Micro Art Studios Has Over 40 Resin Base Design Styles

Micro Art Studios Has Over 40 Resin Base Design StylesBase your miniatures exactly how you want them with over 40 designs from Micro Art Studio  They’ve got quite the selection!

Micro Art Studios has been in the space making miniatures and accessories for quite a while now. They were one of the first base makers who cropped up in the early 2000s and they have kept their sculpts up to a high standard since then.

The only downside is, like many of these companies, they are in eastern Europe, so it is slightly more time-consuming to get them, although, not impossible.

MAB packagin

After digging through the catalog, we get a look at the packaging. They are super secure and not going anywhere. The blister pack comes with foam behind it so you don’t have to worry about any bits breaking off of the bases.

MAB base

First up, we got the roof/road style base. Between all the shingles and bricks everywhere, you almost think they will slide off if you pick it up! The detail is great but not overbearing. It’s definitely a solid base for any miniature game.

Urban flight base

Next is the Urban style base. Rob mentions here that you can get flight stand pieces for all of these bases in case you want to put flyers on them.

Ocean floor base

Next is one of the most unique bases! An underwater style base! With sand, barnacles, shells, and even some starfish, these bases are also very detailed. Although you cant put any army on it, the armies that do need it will look stunning on it.

chaos base

Lastly, we get the Chaos base. It doesn’t need much explaining, one look and you can instantly tell this is a chaotic scene with pillars, chains, and runes flung all over the ground.

painted chaos base

After showing us all the bases, Rob gives us an idea of what a larger base can look like fully painted. It looks great for a fantasy Norscan vibe, or even Chaos Daemons as Rob has been doing for years!

You could even paint it black and maybe make the runes glow to give it a more realm of chaos look. The possibilities are endless for these bases!
