Right after the Primaris Space Marines Hammerfall Drop Turret faction terrain was spotted, now we have some 40k rules for the bunker as well!
We first saw the Hammerfall Drop Turret (now officially called the Hammerfall Bunker) emerge out of nowhere. The picture came from a page in a book and we only had the aesthetics of the model to go off of. Here’s everything we first saw as well as an expansion into the rules and wargear!
Earlier Hammerfall Bunker Faction Terrain Details

This looks to be a page out of some kind of book. Potentially a Space Marine codex for 9th Edition. You can see all of the newly previewed Primaris units surrounding it. There’s no word on datasheets for this thing. However, it looks like it’s got some long-barreled heavy flamer/incinerators on the sides with a giant Whilwind-style missile rack on the top.
Iron Warriors and Imperial Fists players are licking their lips right now hoping they see these in-game.

Hammerfall Bunker Rules & Wargear

According to Warhammer Community, the Hammerfall Bunker is coming with two different loadouts to pick from. You’ve got flamers or Heavy Bolters to roll with on the side of the model. Seeing that this thing looks pretty stationary once you place it, you’ll probably get more longevity out of the Heavy Bolters.
So what about the missile rack on the top?

Seeing that this thing can be brought in from the skies, it’ll be extremely useful for slow-moving armies to grab an objective. You can drop this thing down on a point and hold it long enough for your Aggressors to secure the line, for example.
There have not been any points or a basic data profile revealed on this thing yet. However, based on what we’ve seen this thing is looking sick.
What are your thoughts on the Space Marine faction terrain? Will you be choosing flamers or Heavy Bolters for the secondary weapon?
