Retro Hobby Showcase: Space Marine Super Friends

20160926-Superfriends-024

Today, we’re taking a quick look back at this amazing Super Friends army painted by none other than the amazing, Kenny Boucher!!

Kenny Boucher came up with this super friends list as a way to combat the Eldar and Tau scourge. As the list evolved he added those puppies to give it some more bark, or bite? Yeah bite! Anyway, in later iterations people have added things to the extensive conclave. Super Friends is still doing great and winning tournaments.

As for the army itself, Kenny looked up a bunch of glyphs and added them to each of the White Scars storm shields army. He used the Puppets War bikes which people where losing their minds over a few years ago.

Kenny did an amazing job on this army with all the details, featuring highlights, glyphs and leaves. It’s all magnetized and just plain amazing. This is still a solid 2k army and you can switch out the various special weapons and such.
