This kit builds five Retributors and two Armorium Cherubs. The Retributors can be assembled with your choice of heavy bolter, heavy flamer or multi-melta (two of each weapon are included in the set), while the Retributor Superior can be armed with a variety of ranged and melee weapons.

This set is supplied in 115 plastic components and contains 5x Citadel 32mm Round Bases and 2x Citadel 25mm Round Bases. An Adepta Sororitas Transfer Sheet is also included.

Retributor SquadThis box comes in at $55 and sports a 5 woman heavy weapons team much like the Space Marine Devastators.  Now, this box is going to have a rub with some people trying to collect Sisters of Battle. and has a lot of similarities to the Chaincannon debacle when Chaos released in early 2019.

Long story short, there are just not enough weapons included in the kit to run the Retributors to the max potential of the rules written. We feel this is a missed opportunity from GW to give fans what they want.

We saw a large number of 3D printed Chain Cannons and a lot of third party bits poop up last time, literally overnight, for the Chaos release. The very same thing could happen for this release as well.

Let us know what you think: Is this a missed opportunity for GW? Join the conversation over on our Hobbies Facebook Group.

Retributor SquadAs far as design goes these new miniatures look great. All the details are crisp and GWhas definitely come along way with dynamic poses and the sheer amount of detail in their miniatures as of late.

As with any smaller miniature with a lot of parts, you are going to want to take your time and align all the hoses and ammo chains but other than that these miniature are straight forward to assemble.

Retributor SquadHere we see one of each of these new Retributor heavy weapon options. It may take a little extra to get this unit to function the way you want but they are great looking miniatures and we cant wait to see what everyone does with them on the tabletop.
