COVID-19 is continuing to spread and pretty much everyone around the world is being told to practice social distancing and stay home. Unfortunately, Warhammer events like Adepticon are so big and draw so many people that it’s just not viable in the current state of affairs worldwide.
Looking ahead, there are two more major wargaming events that have just announced their dates being pushed back.
As of right now, they’re still happening. Just at a later date than usual.
UK Games Expo Delayed Until August

Because the dates were switched, it also won’t be held in the exact location as what was mentioned. It’ll still be at the NEC & Hilton in Birmingham. However, it will be moving to halls 9, 10, and 11.

We consider that a postponement at this stage maximises the chances to both protect the health and well-being of all our attendees and hold a successful show in 2020 so that participant exhibitors sustain the least disruption and financial difficulty.
We understand that this decision will impact everyone in different ways and will have a financial impact on some. We can only apologise for this and assure you that we are working with all our providers and hotels to help with these costs.
On top of that, they’re also giving attendees and dealers full refunds if they wouldn’t be able to attend now that it’s rescheduled.

South London Warlords- Salute 2020 Postponed Until Next Year

It is with deep regret that we must announce that Salute 2020, due to be hosted by the South London Warlords wargames club at London Excel on Saturday 18th April 2020, is being postponed.
Salute will now take place on Saturday 17th April 2021.
