Well, it is finally here! Games Workshop teamed up with the powerhouse toy slash model maker Bandai to bring us the first Space Marine Action figure. But is it worth the price? Today, we will take a closer look at this figure and see what you get for your hard-earned hobby dollars. Let’s go.
Bandai Space Marine Primaris Intercessor Action Figure:
First, let’s take a look at the initial cost out of the gate. Now we all know that Bandai models are not cheap. They have been producing amazing Gundam Models for more than a decade, and the quality this company brings to the table keeps its customers coming back again and again.
The pre-order price of the Bandai Marine was $100 out of the gate at the end of 2019. Now, they are selling for as much as $300 on the secondary market. It’s a crazy world we live in.
Bandai Primaris Space Marine 40k Unboxing Review
Under the slipcover, you will find a roughly six-and-a-half-inch action figure, a Bolter, a combat knife, a detachable backpack, and six different hand options.
The Bandai Space Marine does have a few flaws, mostly some rough spots where it was clipped off of the sprue and not sanded. But the pose-ability of the action figure is kind of crazy. To see how many poses Rob can get out of this guy check out our video below.
Here he is next to the king of the 1980s action figures, the true master of the universe, He-Man! I don’t know. I think this thing is cool, but not $100 dollars cool. Plus, at $200- $300 on the secondary market, you can decide if it is something you want on your display shelf right now.
