Here is the new lineup of Made to Order 40k terrain products, including Sector Imperialis releases, which are hitting pre-order this week!
Games Workshop has just revealed its latest releases for Warhammer 40k, including another chance to score the iconic cathedral-esque Sector Imperialis terrain kits, which will be available for pre-order this week.
Terrain Is Back for the Holidays
Good news, Warhammer 40k hobbyists—Games Workshop is dusting off some classics and giving you another shot at grabbing the much-loved Sector Imperialis terrain kits. These aren’t just any bits of scenery; they’re towering, gothic masterpieces ready to transform your tabletop into a battlefield straight out of the grimdark future (or the Kill Team Starter Set from 2018). From crumbling cathedrals to industrial wastelands, there’s something here to suit every type of chaos you plan to unleash.
They will be available from GW on Wednesday, December 25th, around 1 p.m. EST in the States, until January 6th, 2025. Made-to-order releases from Games Workshop are generally fulfilled in 6 months for anyone that orders them. New Warhammer 40k Pre-Order Releases:
Reinforcements are en route, as the latest releases for Warhammer 40k pre-orders have just hit the scene! These factions have new products that are locked, loaded, and ready for action.
Sector Imperialis – Basilicanum
Picture the Imperium in all its decayed grandeur—welcome to the wrecked Basilicanum! This kit’s got everything you need to build a battlefield centerpiece that screams “epic gothic ruin.” Inside, you’ll find walls with windows, crumbling floors, battered columns, and a set of statues for that extra “we still worship here… kinda” vibe. It’s big, it’s dramatic, and it’s ready to host your next game.
Sector Imperialis – Sanctum
Ah, the Sanctum! With flying buttresses that look suspiciously like the skeleton of some long-dead colossus, this terrain set is perfect for dramatic battles and heroic poses. The kit comes packed with walls, ruins, floors, and some fancy toppers to make it feel extra sanctified. Fight over it, fight through it, or just stare at it and admire your handiwork.
Sector Imperialis – Imperial Sector
The Imperium: one galaxy-spanning HOA nightmare. Every planet is littered with cities, and every city is prepped for war. This set gives you walls, ruins, and more ruins. It’s perfect for creating those sprawling, war-torn landscapes where no corner is safe, and every building is just one explosion away from collapsing.
Sector Imperialis – Manufactorum
Need a bit of that hive city charm? The Manufactorum kit brings the grit with its tightly packed factory vibes and ominous industrial architecture. It’s got walls and floors to stack and smash, letting you recreate that lovely blend of habitation and soul-crushing bureaucracy the Imperium is famous for. If your minis aren’t already exhausted looking at this, they will be.
Sector Imperialis – Objectives
What’s a battle without some juicy objectives? This pack delivers seven gloriously grim bits of battlefield bling. There’s a supply dump for your ammo hoarders, a med station for the unlucky, a creepy stasis-crypt (probably cursed), and even an escape pod for your favorite VIP. From Vox Arrays to Cogitator Shrines, these objectives add a little flavor—and a lot of chaos—to your campaigns.
Final Thoughts On This Week’s Made-To-Order Pre-Orders
Games Workshop is bringing back some absolute gems with these made-to-order Sector Imperialis terrain kits. Whether you’re looking to recreate the gothic splendor of the Imperium or throw down in a grimy hive city, these sets have you covered. From shattered sanctuaries to eerie objectives, there’s plenty to fire up your imagination.
Remember, these kits are only available for a limited time, so set your alarms for December 25th and lock in your pre-orders before January 6th. Sure, the wait might be a bit long, but your future battlefield will thank you for the upgrade.
