This Warhammer rumor engine preview clearly shows a Cadian helmet and skull, but that’s a huge set of possibilities, so what is it from?
Here’s the latest Rumor Engine from Games Workshop. As usual, there are some interesting possibilities for what it could be! Whatever the case, we can’t wait to see what Games Workshop has in store when it’s finally revealed.

New Rumor Engine Preview: December 30th, 2025
This new rumor engine is clearly a dead Cadian trooper. You can see the helmet, the vest, a skull, and perhaps cloths from the shirt or a sandbag. That being said, there’s no telling where it goes with! Terrain is likely, but scenic bases are also possible.
It’s unlikely to be an Impeium miniature’s base, but it could be Imperium terrain! What seems most likely, and are happy to have dead Cadians on display, is definitely Chaos Space Marines.
We haven’t seen it too often, but there are still quite a few examples of Chaos vaulting over dead Imperium bodies, so this bit would be right at home on any Chaos Space Marine base.
Otherwise, specialist games have plenty of potential too! Either way, this is a rumor engine with tons of possible options; it will be cool to see the future model when it is revealed!
