GW’s new Warhammer rumor engine preview has a skull and bones with jewelry in a base, perhaps to inspire or intimidate, so what is it from?
Here’s the latest Rumor Engine from Games Workshop. As usual, there are some interesting possibilities for what it could be! Whatever the case, we can’t wait to see what Games Workshop has in store when it’s finally revealed.

New Rumor Engine Preview: December 2nd, 2025
This new rumor engine is some important bones on display! As for where it’s from, there’s only really one big option for us, and that’s Adepta Sororitas (Sisters of Battle) in 40k.
They tend to like holy relics; often, the bones of saints and holy people are involved or stuffed into boxes. Still, specialist games or even death in AoS are simple alternatives to consider, too.
There are really a ton of possibilities for the sisters and this bone-box. Anything from characters to new vehicles is all possible! The bit’s bulky appearance makes us lean towards a new vehicle, though.
Either way, this is a rumor engine with tons of possible options; it will be cool to see the future mini!
