All the new Games Workshop releases from late April are still available across platforms- here are the links to where you can still find them.

Most of these Games Workshop releases are orderable but they might be low on stock, or higher in price already on the secondary market. So be sure to check out all of the offerings, and pick up anything you might want while they are still available…

Some of these may also still be available on GW’s store, but they are often cheaper when the allocations were favorable from stores elsewhere. Of course, if you can get them at your LGS at a discount that may be a great place to spend your hobby dollars as well!

GW New Releases: April 30th

New Necromunda Ash Wastes: Pricing & Where to get yours

Sure there is a large box, but the good thing is you can also just pick up the kits on their own if you don’t want everything inside the starter set.

Well, everything but the terrain…

Necromunda Ash Wastes Boxset Retail Price: $299 USD

House Orlock regularly makes trips into the wastes, so it’s good to see. Then, these are the first vehicles in Necromunda, but they said there will be more than this, and we have already seen a few new release still on the way like the Cargo hauler etc..

The boxed set contains:

26 plastic miniatures, each supplied with the appropriate Citadel bases:
– 12 House Orlock models, including two Outrider Quads
– 14 Ash Waste Nomads, including four Dustback Helamites

So again as we had seen, this giant new boxset comes with everything you need to start playing! The Rulebook, measuring tools, dice, reference sheets, tokens, cards, mats, models, terrain…

It really does come with everything you need!

– An array of modular Ash Wastes terrain including:

Orlock Outrider Quads Retail Price: $47

This multipart plastic kit allows you to add Outrider Quads to your Orlock gang. This set of two miniatures offers equipment options and cosmetic components to help you build distinctive bike-riding gangers, and includes:
– 8x Orlock heads in four designs, wearing goggles and respirators suited to the ash wastes
– 4x heavy weapons, allowing you to choose between harpoon launchers and heavy bolters
– Driver arm options, including one holding a bolt pistol

New Imperial & Chaos Knights Releases: Pricing & Where Get Yours

So it looks like the new Chaos Knights are all paywalled in this Army box containing the codex book, the data cards, and the new models. Hopefully, they will get their own release date in the near future, but for now, this is the only way to get them

Imperial players can get some reboxed versions of the current Knights sans the Questoris ones and the codex book and data cards.

Chaos Knights Army Set Box Retail Price: $265

The set includes the following multipart plastic miniatures:

– 1x Chaos Knight, which can be assembled as an Abominant, Desecrator, or Rampager

Knight Armiger:

This multipart plastic kit builds two Armiger-class Knights – either Armiger Helverins or Armiger Warglaives. Armiger Helverins are a long-ranged Lords of War choice that can provide vital fire support to your Imperial Knights army – or be taken as a wandering Freeblade squadron for other Imperium forces. Armed with a pair of long-ranged autocannons and your choice of a carapace-mounted heavy stubber or meltagun, each Armiger Helverin can be further customised with a variety of articulated poses, armour plating, and six unique faceplates, with large carapaces making for a perfect painting project. Knight Dominus:

This multipart plastic kit builds one Knight Valiant, a titanic line-breaking Lords of War choice for your Imperial Knights army – or a wandering Freeblade for other Imperium forces. This super-heavy walker is armed with an incinerating conflagration cannon, a tank-puncturing thundercoil harpoon, and an array of carapace-mounted meltaguns, shieldbreaker cannons, and missiles. The Knight Valiant makes a fantastic painting project and centrepiece, and offers a range of poses, face plates, and armour pieces, allowing you to create a truly unique engine of war. War Zone Nachmund: Rift War Retail Price: $55

In this 88-page hardback book, you’ll find:

– The story of Haarken Worldclaimer’s conquest of the Nachmund Gauntlet, including the siege of the Chaos Knight world Dharrovar, and the Imperium’s attempts to resist them at all costs
– An in-depth War of Desperation campaign system for all modes of play – fight for control of three brutal War Zones, each with its own special rules and Legendary Mission
– Crusade rules to represent mobile Space Marine raiding forces and devoted hordes of Chaos Undivided, plus new arcane rituals for the Thousand Sons

War Zone Nachmund, is currently how the 40k greater story is progressing and Rift War is no different. With some faction rules and tons of lore, this is an easy pick up, especially for the focus factions and their players. Just beware of the NERF bat that can hit these supplements hard and fast.

GW New Releases: May 14th

New Nighthaunt & Daughters of Khaine: Pricing & Where Get Yours

It’s also worth mentioning that the two new Nighthaunt and Daughters of Khaine models from the arena of Shades Battle box were not included in these pre-orders for some reason.

Currently, there is no word when we will see the High Gladiatrix or the Scriptor Mortis for sale separately.

Battletome: Nighthaunt Retail Price: $55

This 96-page hardback book contains:

– A musty catacomb of background information on the Nighthaunt, including their history, relationship with Nagash, and spectral culture

Awlrach the Drowner Retail Price: $50

This multipart plastic kit builds one Awlrach the Drowner, a unique Hero and Totem for Nighthaunt armies. Propelling his odious, decaying skiff with a deathwood oar, this ghastly figure offers a tremendous boost to his army’s mobility by delivering units across the battlefield. He’s also a worthy painting challenge, loaded with grisly nautical details and a variety of textures to experiment with, from rusted iron and rotting wood to vengeful, ethereal spirits.

This model looks stunning and also looks to have some interesting rules like some exceptional movement speed that you can see here!

Craventhrone Guard Retail Price: $45

This multipart plastic kit builds five Craventhrone Guard, wielding soulhunter crossbows to unleash a hail of deadly bolts at close range, with the option to assemble one as a Craven Huntmaster and one as a Spectral Standard Bearer. Vanguard: Idoneth Deepkin Retail Price: $130

This raiding party consists of 15 miniatures – with a hero and battleline meaning you can use it as an army in a box. Hard-hitting eyeless Namarti Thralls are guided by the mystical prowess of an Isharaan Soulscryer, backed up by a fierce Akhelian Allopex and a trio of eel-riding Akhelian Isharaan Guard, which can also be built as Morrsarr Guard for extra flexibility.

This new package for Idoneth looks like a great way to get quite a few models all in one place to either start an army or add to an existing one.

Vanguard: Fyreslayers Retail Price: $130

White Dwarf 476 Retail Price: $11

Light the incense and praise Slaanesh, issue 476 of White Dwarf is here, and it brings a new Tome Celestial for the Hedonites who worship the Prince of Pleasure, giving you new things to do with all those Depravity points…

There are also rules and missions for using sentries in Kill Team, four new fighters for you to add to your games of Warcry, Crusade rules for falling to Chaos in Warhammer 40,000, and all your favourite articles and features. How incredibly decadent!

With all the hobby news and rules, the White Dwarf is an easy pick-up if you are generally interested in all things Warhammer. Looks like there are even new rules coming for Age of Sigmar as well in this issue.

New 40k & Echoes of Doom New Releases: Pricing & Where Get Yours

We just saw a lot of these previewed a couple of weeks ago, so it’s nice to see some of the new models hit shelves so soon! Plus, after what feels like forever, the Custodes and GSC combat patrols are here, along with the Blade Master and Reductus Saboteur, on their own.

Echoes of Doom Box Set Retail Price: $195

Inside, you’ll find 42 plastic Citadel miniatures, including:

– 1x The Lady of Vines
– 1x Spirit of Durthu, which can alternatively be build as either a Treelord or a Treelord Ancient
– 3x Kurnoth Hunters
– 5x Gossamid Archers

In this box, you will find all the Citadel miniatures you need to play out the brutal conflict between the vengeful Sylvaneth and the thieving skaven. Also included are warscrolls and battleplans that allow you to start playing with your new armies right away, as well as extra rules content such as Region of War: The Adamantine Chain, Aqshy.

This is a bigger mix of old and new units than expected, but you still get three new units in the box. Two for Sylvaneth and one for Skaven. It does make sense, though, as if there were just new units for the Sylvaneth, the box wouldn’t make a ton of sense for players trying to get into the faction.

You can also find a whole host of gameplay gubbins, including a giant token sheet, a copy of the core rules, warscroll cards, and transfers. Of course, it wouldn’t be a battlebox without a new narrative supplement, diving into greater detail about the Sylvaneth-Skaven showdown and the struggle for the soulpods.

On the Warhammer 40k side of releases, Games Workshop is putting two Combat Patrols on pre-order that many folks had been waiting for since the holidays.

Plus, the two new models inside Shadow Throne, the Blade Champion and Reductus Saboteur, are finally releasing! Let’s take a look at the values of the contents inside both combat patrols.

Following on from the events of Shadow Throne, the perfidious Genestealer Cultists and the Talons of the Emperor are mustering Combat Patrols to continue their respective missions across the Imperium. You’ll be able to prepare for these campaigns with Codex: Adeptus Custodes and Codex: Genestealer Cults, which are both packed full of thematic rules like devastating crossfire, and peerless battle stances.
