1st Place: Ryan Karrer, Tyranids Army Lists
The Hive Mind dominated the Battle Brothers GT with a Tyranid army that combined psychic power, crushing strength, and perfect coordination.
A Deathleaper led the hunt, moving through shadows and striking down key targets before the enemy could react. The Hive Tyrant followed, a monstrous commander armed with a bonesword, lash whip, and scything talons that tore through anything standing in its way.
Behind it, the Neurotyrant acted as the Warlord, amplifying the swarm’s coordination through psychic screams that rippled across the battlefield.
The main wave came from Hormagaunts racing ahead to seize objectives, backed by Termagants filling the air with spinefists and strangleweb fire. Together, they formed a relentless tide of chitin and teeth that no line could hold back.
A Biovore provided extra support, dropping spore mines that turned every advance into a death trap.
Three Exocrines anchored the gunline, firing bio-plasmic cannons that melted armor and infantry alike. The Haruspex crashed through the center, tearing apart survivors with claws, tongue, and maw.
A Maleceptor dominated the psychic phase, its overloads frying anything within range. While a Neurolictor stalked unseen, feeding intelligence to the swarm. Two Tyrannofexes stood at the back, rupture cannons blasting tanks into scrap and stinger salvoes shredding infantry.
Lastly, a brood of Zoanthropes, guided by a Neurothrope, unleashed devastating Warp Blasts that blanketed the field in psychic destruction.

So, what did we learn from the Battle Brothers GT? Tyranids still hit like a freight train, Eldar are still slippery as ever, and the Sisters aren’t done preaching with bolters. The meta might be catching its breath for once, but don’t bet your CP on it staying that way.
