1st Place: Nicklas Schmidt – Death Guard Army Lists

At the Danish Open, Nicklas didn’t bring finesse. He brought filth, fungi, and enough rot to make a Nurgling blush.

The army was led by a Biologus Putrifier and a Malignant Plaguecaster. Buffs, spells, and plenty of bile.

Then came the real threats: a Daemon Prince, Lord of Contagion, and Lord of Virulence. Each one slow, angry, and armed to the teeth.

A single unit of Plague Marines gave him a solid mid-field anchor. They rolled up in a Chaos Rhino. No frills, just get in, drive forward, and park somewhere inconvenient.

Two Chaos Spawn filled out the points. Weird, gross, and surprisingly hard to kill. Then came the blenders—two units of Deathshroud Terminators. Thick armor, massive scythes, and zero interest in your plans.

Three Bloat Drones zipped across the field. They brought speed and mid-range firepower. Also, buzzsaws. Never forget the buzzsaws.

Next, two Blight-haulers followed close behind. They have decent guns and are just tanky enough to draw fire. Three units of Poxwalkers brought the final flavor: disposable, infectious, and excellent at standing in the way.

This army didn’t race. It crept. It clogged lanes. It made opponents work for every inch.

Nicklas didn’t outpace his foes. He wore them down, rotted their momentum, and claimed the table one cough at a time.
