GW’s new Warhammer rumor engine preview has a movie-reel wheel or valve on it, most likely broken off, so what is it from?
Here’s the latest Rumor Engine from Games Workshop. As usual, there are some interesting possibilities for what it could be! Whatever the case, we can’t wait to see what Games Workshop has in store when it’s finally revealed.

New Rumor Engine Preview: November 4th, 2025
This new rumor engine is clearly a movie reel, flywheel, or valve in some muck on the ground! That means, terrain, tanks, or general specialist game releases with unique technology are all most likely.
It being on the ground and in some liquid does make us lean toward terrain, or otherwise a model in a “dirty” place like Necromunda.
Finding a specific example is hard, but that’s because it’s such a basic element of technology! Expect a vehicle, hatch, or maybe just a random bit on a new model’s base.
Either way, this is a rumor engine with tons of possible options; it will be cool to see the future mini!
