Their first project was extremely ambitious and they have learned from that experience to make this better than ever before. Let’s hear what they have to say about the game:
Wild Assent: Lavon Rising is a reprint campaign for Wild Assent, the questionably named and overly- ambitious board game from Lazy Squire Games. We’ve learned a lot since we first started making the game, in terms of design as well as manufacturing and fulfillment. We’re taking that hard-earned knowledge and putting it back into Wild Assent, to make a great game even better.
Now, let’s check out some of the models coming with the game!
Heroes:
There are an insane amount of models in this project, so even if you’re not too worried about the game, it’s worth it just for the minis alone! Each one comes with its own card and interacts differently within the game. They also have a ton of pledge levels so you can basically get exactly what you need.
Monsters:
There are plenty of wild creatures and monsters to get your forces going! You always need something to fight and these are just amazingly detailed. Let’s hear a little more about the game from them:
The relationships we’ve cultivated over the past few years have allowed us to do things we couldn’t during the first campaign, like offering full-printed games in multiple languages. What’s more, since the core game and Shadow of the Silvestrem expansion are already designed, we’ll be sending them out earlier than Lavon Rising, so you won’t need to wait as long to battle in the arena or hunt in Wilds.
Wild Assent – Lavon Rising Project Backing Options
If you are interested in joining in on the crowdfunding and reserving your own copy of the game and all those dope minis, there are quite a few options available!
If you want to start off smaller but still grab some dope minis, you can pledge to just the core package, which comes with the first set and base game of Wild Assent to get you started.
Conversely, if you didn’t already back the project previously, you can also just pledge to the new sets, with more than a few pledge options, you can pick and choose the specific boxes and kits you want to reserve via the crowdfunding page.
There is also a mega package, including everything that has been previously announced and the brand new project. This might be the most expensive option, but with the most pledges, you can tell this has some great value and will make for some fantastic game knights. It’s not very often the biggest bundle is the most popular, so this is a testament to what is to come!
Final Stretch Goals During The Final Day
Currently, Lavon Rising has hit ALL monetary stretch goals! That means the only goals left are the ones simply for the days since it has been up. This means that by the end a whopping 26 extra models are provided via the stretch goal rewards. If you get one of the backing options with stretch goal rewards included, You will get all 26 of them for free included when you get the full product! As if there weren’t enough models already!
Be sure to back it ASAP if you want in, as today is the final day!
Plus as an added bonus, Rob and the studio here actually got our hands on some of their Stormsunder minis that are made from the new material the Wild Assent figures will be, and painted one up!
