Mmm … Brains! New Flesh Eater Courts GW Rumor Engine

gw rumor engineAnother rumor engine is here and it might be some delicious Flesh Eater Courts as GW circles back to an Age of Sigmar faction again…

Warhammer Community dropped another rumor engine and by the looks of it, the bit could be going to something <DEATH> aligned. Here’s the latest on everything you need to know.

GW Rumor Engine: Flesh-eater Courts Getting a New Model?

The Rumour Engine returns to brighten your day with a teeny tiny image of some future model. Someday, you’ll see the rest of that pic and it’ll be glorious. Just you wait and see…

Alright, so here’s the latest rumor engine bit. We’re thinking that this is going to a Death model for a couple of reasons. For starters, look at how the blade is withered and deteriorating. It doesn’t have a clean edge and has a bunch of dings and blemishes.

On top of that, look at the arm holding it. It’s muscular, has long fingernail/claws, and checks all the boxes for Flesh-eater Courts.

fec crypt horrorThe whole musculature and overall design is super close to the FEC’s Crypt Horror model. The only difference being that the mystery bit is holding a sword. It would also make total sense to see FEC using something like rusted swords they found locked away in a tomb.

We should be keeping this bit on our radar because, if this is Flesh-eater Courts support, that would mean that GW’s not against going back over their factions that have just gotten a Battletome. Technically, FEC didn’t just get their Battletome, but their book isn’t that old and they’re still a top army in the competitive scene.

Or perhaps it is for Warcry or even Warhammer Underworlds…

What do you think we could be looking at? Would it make more sense for this to be a Necromancer of some sort? What’s an area that the Flesh-eater Courts are lacking in?
