As we dive into the Necron codex rules, some of these have been changed and some haven’t. Overall though there is a lot to check out with it comes to all these new abilities for your army’s characters no matter the Dynasty.
In the last edition, we saw the rise of the Tesseract Vault spam lists from a mix of mortal wound abilities and resiliency. This time around however it’s hard to see the same spam being as effective. Also, there are some noticeable changes to the way Strats are organized now, as well as how you can upgrade your characters in general!
