Marvel Crisis AidesThis is our list of the best Marvel Crisis Protocol aides and accessories to organize and provide storage for all the tokens, objectives, character cards, playmats, and templates!

If you’ve been playing for any amount of time, you know there is a decent amount to keep track of. Here’s what Rob uses for storage and to organize all his Marvel Crisis Protocol tokens, objectives, character cards, markers, and templates.

However, if you haven’t started playing the game yet, don’t let that discourage you, its really fun and gets updated enough for everyone to keep up!

Let’s jump into what Rob uses to store and transport is Marvel Crisis Protocol miniatures!

The Best Marvel Crisis Protocol Aides and Accessories for Storage & Organization!

Marvel Crisis Aides 2To start with paint storage, Rob uses these Artbin cases; they are fairly affordable and have kept his dropper bottles organized and safe. They also have a big super satchel version, which is huge and could keep everything you need!

He puts the terrain in the double-deep one. Then for his figures, he magnetizes the bottom of his bases and uses the Artbin.

Marvel Crisis Aides 3Lastly, for just the storage, he uses this coin collection box which is perfect for all the round little tokens the game comes with. The nice thing about these cases is they come in a bunch of colors and different sizes, so one of them will work with the objective markers, and one with the tokens!

Marvel Crisis Protocol Playmats

Marvel Crisis Aides 4For the actual playmats, Rob uses Mats by Mars because they have pre-made MCP mats with different overlays with built-in objective markers. So it just makes the game much easier to use their Marvel Crisis Protocol playmats!  You can also tote them around rolled up in these colorful document tubes.

Marvel Crisis Protocol Alternative Tokens

Marvel Crisis Aides 5CogOTwo on Etsy has a ton of cool alternative tokens and stuff for the game. Rob didn’t go with them, but they are cool. Just be sure to have something from the original game on hand in case there are issues with the dimensions of the markers or templates, especially if you are going to a tournament.

MCP tokens

Rob also bought a bunch of tokens from Muse On Minis, located in the states, and has been using them more recently than the tokens provided with the game.

Packing Your Gear

Marvel Crisis Aides 6This is the Artbin case, and there is actually a pencil case from them because it fits all the templates perfectly. You can see how it holds everything pretty tight, so you don’t have to worry about stuff rolling around.

The 4×6 inch postcard holders are perfect for sorting the character cards in each of your rosters.

Marvel Crisis Aides 7Then on top of that, Rob also puts his cards in these penny sleeves to keep them extra safe. Can never be too safe with your hobby investments! Rob used to use the top loaders, but they don’t fit very well in these postcard holders, so he doesn’t use them anymore.

Marvel Crisis Aides 8Rob also uses these filament-printed token holders to keep track of power and damage as well. This one has been modified for the two models with 20 health currently in the game!

Marvel Crisis Aides 9As we said before, the coin holders are perfect for holding your objective markers and make organizing them easy!

Marvel Crisis Aides 10Then, he even can fit a chess clock in there, which you can pre-set so each person gets 45 minutes. Overall, this takes a little time to set up, but it will really save you an insane amount of hassle and time in the long run.

How to Store Your Minis

Marvel Crisis Aides 11He uses the deep double case from Artbin for this. All you have to do is put little magnets on the bottom of your minis’ bases, then throw down a piece of sheet metal with some double-sided tape on the bottom. And boom, you can safely transport all of your minis to wherever without much hassle!

Battle Mats Part 2

Marvel Crisis Aides 12As we said before, the Mats by Mars are super awesome for friendly games. Sometimes a TO may not let you use it for tournament play, but still, for a friendly game, it cuts down like crazy on set-up time. Rob’s been using this for months, and there is really no visible damage yet. The quality of the material is shocking, and they are crazily affordable compared to neoprene mats.

Terrain

Marvel Crisis Aides 13Game Mat EU makes some really awesome prepainted terrain that is perfect for Marvel Crisis Protocol! While Atomic Mass Games makes some great terrain, Rob prefers to use this as it’s versatile across game systems, comes painted, and has held up over the years.

The Game Mat EU terrain is also usually very flat on top, which works so well with MCP figures and saves you time on painting!
