Mordians and Praetorian Imperial Guard 40k regiments are back with modular STL files for 3D Printing, plus a free sampler from Victoria Miniatures.
If you’ve been missing the old-school look of the Imperial Guard regiments that Games Workshop sometimes seems happy to leave in the past, Victoria Miniatures is lining up a pretty slick answer. Her new Kickstarter is all about getting classic troops like the Mordians and Praetorian Guard back onto the tabletop, and for a lot of hobbyists, that hits the sweet spot.
STL Files for Mordians and Praetorians

Better yet, the kits are fully modular, which matters a lot if you actually want to field more than a handful of cool-looking models. Modular infantry kits mean more posing options, more weapon variety, and fewer duplicate sculpts cluttering your squads.
Free STL Sampler Gives You a Test Run
The project has not launched yet, but there is already a smart way to check it out. You can sign up for the newsletter and grab a free STL download sampler kit. That sampler includes four models, which is enough to 3D print out some of these 40k style models to get a feel for the sculpt quality, test your printer settings, and see whether the style matches what you want for your army.
Why This Kickstarter Matters for Guard Players
With GW pushing older regiments further out of the spotlight, this kind of Imperial Guard STL project gives hobbyists another lane to keep those classic looks alive. For players who want Mordians STL files or Praetorian Guard STL files, this feels like one of the best ways to get those armies on the table without waiting for a miracle.
