We knew this was coming, but if you want any of these kits, get them soon, because GW is killing off more Horus Heresy models.

GW has been slowly (well, not that slowly) getting rid of a ton of the Forge World line. We’ve talked a lot about how they have been rebranding/getting rid of models from Forge World, which you can read about here.

For now, though, the only thing that matters is if you want any of these models, order them now before they are gone for good!

As we said though, Games Workshop did at least preface this when they announced the new Contemptor upgrade kits, so it’s not as surprising as some of the other models that have left the Forge World range.

Well, GW just sent out the emails today, and a ton of the legions are already sold out, so if you see any you like, you better hop on it soon, as we don’t expect them to stay in the store for very long.

Thousand Sons – Contemptor Dreadnought: $65

This multipart resin kit builds one Contemptor Dreadnought for the Thousand Sons Legion. This highly-detailed combat walker is designed to perfectly suit the sons of the Crimson King, featuring the armourial and iconography of the XV Legion alongside distinctive elements such as the Achean winged scarab, a gem-studded diadem, and a Prosperine ritual headdress. This miniature’s joints can be assembled to produce a range of poses, and it comes with two pairs of feet – one straight, one bent – allowing you to build it as though standing or striding forward.

Death Guard Legion Contemptor Dreadnought: $65

This multipart resin kit builds one Contemptor Dreadnought for the Death Guard Legion. This highly-detailed combat walker features ornamentation such as fluted armour trim, honour scrolls, purity seals, and an Imperial eagle. This miniature’s joints can be assembled to produce a range of poses, and it comes with two pairs of feet – one straight, one bent – allowing you to build it as though standing or striding forward.

Space Wolves Legion Contemptor Dreadnought: $65

A pelt-clad, stomping hulk of a machine, the Space Wolves Legion Contemptor Dreadnought is an Elite choice for a Space Wolves Legion army. Covered in Space Wolves iconography, with sculpted wolf’s heads, runes and jewels adorning its frame. There are two pairs of feet supplied – one pair straight, the other bent, meaning you can post this model either standing up straight or striding forward dynamically.
