Engine War, and War of the Spider were discovered by “Port Scrying”, and now we have Psychic Awakening: Pariah (or perhaps a clever code name). Right off the bat, you may be thinking Necrons as being the prime faction feature in this book, but there may be one other angle to explore as well…

Now with that said, GW has also explicitly said that every faction in 40k would have some kind of role to play in Psychic Awakening. It would only make sense that we keep seeing more books drop until every faction is covered.
Port Scrying & Psychic Awakening Engine War:

Not much to say about it yet, but now that we know about it, we can expect to hear more news and hints about rules soon! Previously thought to be coming in April if it followed March’s Saga of the Beast, this book may now be delayed until at least May 2020.
Psychic Awakening: War of the Spider

“As well as returning with an epic new model, Fabius is also the cover star of the next book in the Psychic Awakening saga – War of the Spider. As he spins his plans and schemes, his enemies close in on him – the Death Guard, Officio Assassinorum and Talons of the Emperor all have their reasons for wanting to stop Bile. Along with background on the battles taking place amid the ruins of the Cadia System, the book will include new rules for the Adeptus Custodes, Sisters of Silence and Imperial Assassins. There are also additional rules for each of the seven Plague Companies of the Death Guard and a new Chaos Space Marines sub-faction called Agents of Bile, representing the twisted creations of the Clonefather.”
Previously thought to be coming in May if it followed March’s Saga of the Beast, and April’s Engine War, this book may now be delayed until at least June 2020.
Psychic Awakening: Pariah

So that presumably leaves Sisters, Necrons, Deathwatch, and Harlequins as the factions that may or may not be featured in the new book.
Veteran 40k hobbyists may remember an out of print pewter Necron unit that was called “Pariahs”.

Psychic Awakening: Pariah May Not Just Be About Necrons…
Faction-wise there is another thread of possibility that we spotted in Psychic Awakening book one back in October, and now that Slaanesh and the Emperor’s Children are rising, it may actually make sense.
Spotted way back in October’s Blood of the Phoenix was: “a female in black power armor with a white shock of hair, who was accompanied by an Eldar with two longblades on his back. The female was said to possess a psychic aura so powerful it stung the mind”
If you remember the old Warhammer Monthly comic from the late 90s early 2000s, this could easily be describing Battle Sister Ephrael Stern and “the Pariah” (who was a Harlequin).
Straight out of the pages of the Daemonifuge series, this duo, along with the Ynnari, looked to be teaming up to battle the Dark Prince and the forces of Slaanesh in Psychic Awakening at some point.
Necrons, Harlequins, and Sisters would check off three of the remaining four icons from GW’s psychic awakening “new rules” chart just in time for Psychic Awakening Pariah.
The plot thickens…
