A new champion for Games Workshop has arisen from the ashes to take over every forward-facing role in the company. He has so much power now that he can even apologize when rules (Votann) get out of hand. Why oh why is GW so all-in on Mr. James? Well… they might not like the success previous presenters have achieved!
What Can’t James Workshop Do?
In a shocking turn of events, Games Workshop has unveiled its new and improved face, or should we say, singular face—James Workshop. Yes, you read that right: James has single-handedly taken over every forward-facing role in the company. This has left fans wondering if he’s the hero GW needs or the one they deserve…
The exodus of beloved presenters Duncan, Peachy, and Louise left a void in the hearts of fans. Fear not, for James Workshop has emerged from the shadows, ready to fill that void with his one-man show. Rumors abound that this move is part of a grand strategy, a conspiracy that involves preventing presenters and content creators from leaving the company and achieving the same success as their predecessors.
Why, you may ask? Well, the answer is as clear as a freshly painted miniature—Games Workshop might just be allergic to the success of the previous. The departure of Duncan, Peachy, and Louise saw them soaring to new heights, achieving success and adoration from the community. Enter James Workshop, the company’s effort to avoid the perils of prosperity.
James Workshop: The Hero We Need
But why James? Is he the chosen one, destined to bear the weight of an entire company on his hobby-painted shoulders? Some conspiracy theorists argue that GW is intentionally suppressing the potential success of other presenters. By thrusting James into the limelight as the spokesman for the company, GW ensures that no one else can rise to the same heights as their predecessors.
All we’ve been able to see from GW is a cryptic message written in High Gothic and a painted figurine of a secretive Inquisitor. Our attempts to decipher this message only led to more questions. It has left us to wonder if we’ve stumbled upon a plot more convoluted than a Warhammer 40k lore timeline.
In the meantime, fans are torn between embracing the new era of James Workshop or mourning the loss of the familiar faces that once graced their screens. Is James the hero GW needs to save them from their own success? Or is he just a pawn in a grand scheme to maintain the status quo?
Only time will tell if James Workshop is the savior Games Workshop deserves or if this one-man show is just another roll of the dice in the unpredictable corporate strategy game.
