This new Warhammer Rumor Engine preview looks like large floating rocks on top of a plant, but is it that simple?
Here’s the latest Rumor Engine from Games Workshop. As usual, there are some interesting possibilities for what it could be! Whatever the case, we can’t wait to see what Games Workshop has in store when it’s finally revealed.

New Warhammer Rumor Engine Preview: August 11th, 2026
This Rumor Engine is clearly a formation of floating rocks on top of some vegetation with a skull for scale (and to make it “Warhammer”, lol.) That makes AoS most likely, with Lumineth Realm-Lords having the most similar features in their lineup so far.
There have also been a few engines recently with a similar theme lately too, so they may all be connected!
This really does feel like Lumineth Realm-Lords territory, but that doesn’t mean curveballs are out of the question, either!
It could always be anything really, or a specialist miniature!
