GW’s new Warhammer rumor engine preview has an interesting explosive, most likely rifle-mounted, but who is it for? Let’s take a look at the possibilities!
Here’s the latest Rumor Engine from Games Workshop. As usual, there are some interesting possibilities for what it could be! Whatever the case, we can’t wait to see what Games Workshop has in store when it’s finally revealed.

Rumor Engine: October 28th, 2025
This new rumor engine initially looks like a mace, but below the spiked head, it looks like the end of a rifle barrel!
So instead of a knife bayonet, we have a grenade instead?
With that, we think it’s a Rifle-mounted grenade or something similar. That means 40k and most likely Orks or maybe renegades / Chaos Space Marines?
There are a ton of possibilities, from some elite special forces like Ork Kommandos, or something really off the wall in a specialist game!
Either way, this is a rumor engine with tons of possible options; it will be cool to see the future mini!
