Games Workshop has just revealed its latest pre-orders this week for Warhammer 40k, featuring plenty of new and returning Kill Team Kits, and even some 40k MTO releases.
Here’s the full lineup, and our thoughts on all the new products that are hitting pre-order soon.
Tomb World and a Fresh Round of 40k Goodies
Games Workshop is loading up this week’s pre-orders with a mix that’ll have both Kill Team players and collectors reaching for their wallets. The spotlight is on Kill Team: Tomb World, a box that drops Necrons back into the skirmish spotlight, while Typhon kits bring fresh options for your Tyranid swarm.
On top of that, GW’s cracking open the Made to Order vault with classic models making a short-term return.
These products will be available for pre-order on Saturday, August 30th, around 1 p.m. EST in the States on Games Workshop’s website, with a shelf release date of Saturday, September 13th, 2025.

New Warhammer 40k Kill Team Pre-Order Releases
The latest Warhammer 40k Kill Team pre-orders are here, so it’s time to gear up for some intense close-quarters games in the 41st millennium.
Kill Team Tomb World Box Set Pre-Order
This hefty box packs two new Kill Teams and more terrain than most tables can handle. On the Imperium side, Deathwatch operatives showcase their trademark “best of every Chapter” vibe, complete with a buffet of shoulder pads and heads for customization. Facing them is the Canoptek Circle: Tomb Crawlers, an Accelerator, a Reanimator, three Warriors, and a Geomancer running the show.
But that’s not all. Players also get 10 Necron Warriors, three Scarab Swarms, and 25 pieces of Tomb World terrain, including walls, pillars, teleport pads, and even a sarcophagus. A matching game board seals the Necron aesthetic. The 80-page Tomb World Dossier is crammed with lore, rules for both teams, new Killzone content, solo and co-op missions, plus event and NPO cards.
Plus, included Tokens and datacards keep everything tidy on the table.
See our breakdown on this box here, along with our thoughts on the value and pricing.
Kill Team Battleclade
The kit builds eight Servitors in a range of configurations: gun platforms, melee bruisers, medics, and more, plus the leaders who direct them. A transfer sheet and unique tokens round things out. For the rules-inclined, there’s a 32-card deck of datacards sold separately.
Kill Team Raveners
The set builds five models, including a Ravener Prime and four specialized variants like the Wrecker, Tremorscythe, and Venomspitter. Want them as plain Warriors for your Tyranid army? That works too. Unique tokens are included, and a 33-card datacard deck can be grabbed separately.
Killzone Upgrade Tyranid Infestation
Need more creepy alien decor? This terrain pack has you covered with 15 scatter pieces ranging from brood nests to spore chimneys. Perfect for Kill Team, 40k, or just flexing on your Armies on Parade board.
Sisters Novitiates
Fresh recruits for the Adepta Sororitas are being shuffled out of Kill Team and into Warhammer 40,000. The kit contains 10 miniatures plus a transfer sheet with nearly 300 decals. These fiery young zealots may not be full Battle Sisters yet, but they’ll happily claim an objective with sword or boltgun.
Ork Kommandos
The Orks’ sneaky cousins are also making the jump from Kill Team to 40k. With 12 miniatures and a hefty transfer sheet, this kit covers all the classic Kommando antics—silencers, sneaky knives, and just enough explosives to ruin someone’s day.
