This rumor engine really looks like a new piece of terrain or part of a base, featuring metal bits, along with stone, and possibly dirt or some gas or fire. We expect this to be more likely a terrain piece because it appears larger than the base pieces, but there’s really no telling, and both are possible.
An example of this type of rebar/scaffolding metal inside a structure is actually the Exclusive Vindicare that was released not too long ago via Warhammer+. It really goes to show that this could be any terrain or even a scenic base for a mini!
Still, this is a rumor engine with tons of possible options; it really could be anything, even a wild specialist game mini!
