Check out this Strike Me Down Star Wars: Legion Con Exclusive unboxing if you’ve wondered what’s in the box!
We’ve already seen this set go for just insane money on the secondary market, but AMG hasn’t released a ton of pictures! So, it’s nice to see someone who picked one up show some details about the box, the cards, and so much more.
Maybe one of the most exciting things about this box, this is actually in resin and not plastic. We’re not exactly sure why they chose this route, but it’s definitely something to think about!
Strike Me Down Star Wars: Legion Exclusive Unboxing
As we said, the one really unexpected thing about this is everything is in resin (including bases and scenery). This isn’t anything deal-breaking, just something to keep in mind if you’re considering ordering this on the secondary market.
Strike Me Down: The Bits
Each character comes in one of these plastic baggies, with the lightsabers in a separate pack.
All of the characters look pretty detailed, and getting a seated Palpatine is a sweet little bonus!
There are a couple of scenery pieces, and there are slots for the bases, which is nice as you can play a game and just throw them right back on there!
As we said, the sabers come in separate packs, and it looks like you get a few extras.
Strike Me Down Alternate Command & Stat Cards
You get alternative versions of the cards for the Commander Darth Vader in the starter set, and Operative Luke Skywalker. Just to note, the rules on the cards are the same, just different art, so we won’t go too in-depth into what they actually do.
Some people were a little upset there is no Palpatine character card, but at least you get them for Vader and Luke.
There are a lot of cards in this set to dodge, which you’re going to need in a lightsaber duel!
Palpatine and Vader have plenty of ways to motivate people, and suffering wounds seems appropriate!
Obviously, if you get the set, you’ll get the Luke card too!
Forcing your enemies to fight each other is just awesome!
Last but not least, Luke can stop enemies from attacking, which is just dope. If you do want to get yours, you can check out the ones we’ve found on the secondary market below. Keep in mind though, they are not going to be cheap! However, if you’re in North America, you may be able to get yours at  Gen Con (August 3rd-6th) for much cheaper.
