If you can’t wait to collect all the new Adeptus Custodes, you’re sure to love their flying Coronus Grav-Carrier transport from Forge World as well.
Today we’re unboxing the amazing Coronus Grav-Carrier from Forge World’ Horus Heresy line that is bigger than most Astartes transports out there.

Perhaps the best part is that Games Workshop seemed to hint at the fact that the Legio Custodes models from their 30k Horus Heresy would be getting rules in 40k now, alongside their plastic cousins and their new offerings in 8th Edition.
Finally, if you’ve already got a sizeable collection of Forge World Legio Custodes, rules are on their way for you to use your favourite units in Warhammer 40,000, in addition to the huge range of new plastic kits.
Armed with twin-linked Lastrum bolt cannon and Arachnus blaze cannon, the Coronus Grav-carrier is perhaps one of the most recognised vehicles used exclusively by the Legio Custodes. This heavily protected transport skimmer provides them with a degree of speed and agility unmatched by the grinding armour of others who fight in the name of the Emperor, allowing the Legio Custodes to deploy rapidly into a range of terrain whilst reducing the risk of being pinned down by enemy forces.
This tank is fantastically detailed and quite a bit larger than other transports in the game. More akin to a Baneblade in size, this thing is an absolute monstrosity!
For those willing to go the extra mile, the Coronus also has a meticulously detailed interior section with seats scaled for Custodes troops!
Check out the whole unboxing video below for a closer look at all the amazing rules this tank brings to the game!
The Custodes Coronus Grav-Carrier can be purchased from Forgeworld for £110.
