Today’s new Warhammer Rumor Engine preview looks like GW might be teasing another Aeldari release, but is the jewelry meant for something else, like Seraphon?
Here’s the latest Rumor Engine from Games Workshop. As usual, there are some interesting possibilities for what it could be! Whatever the case, we can’t wait to see what Games Workshop has in store when it’s finally revealed.

New Warhammer Rumor Engine Preview: September 15th, 2026
To us, this gives off an Aeldari vibe, and with the Exodites finally coming to the game, we wouldn’t be surprised if that’s what took the spot. Obviously, jewelry on a necklace, could almost be anything in the game, but we’re going to dream big with this and guess Karandras finally gets his new mini!
GW Model From the 1990s
If you look at the headpiece, it has a very similar pattern of long piece, bead, long piece. Obviously, this is a very old model, so they would size him up, leaving room for the jewelry to hang between the legs like tons of Aeldari models have.
But since almost every game has some kind of jewelry like this, it could always be just about anything else, right down to a similar specialist miniature!
But realistically, it’s probably something Seraphon, as the Skink Starseer, has this rune dangling from its throne. So the real question may be: are we looking at new Seraphon models in AoS or Lizardmen in Warhammer Fantasy?
