Age of Sigmar Christmas Boxes & Battleforces
It’s that time of year again! Age of Sigmar is getting four new Christmas boxes: Skaven, Soulblight Gravelords, Gloomspite Gitz, and Sylvaneth. Be sure to check out our value and pricing post on all the new battleforces here.
Additionally, 40k is getting seven new Christmas boxes for Warhammer 40k, which are also on the way for Tyranids, Chaos, Space Marines, Tau, Astra Militarum (Death Korps of Krieg), Leagues of Votann, and Emperor’s Children.
Warhammer Quest Makes a Return
Warhammer Quest is coming back. The post itself was short and pretty bland, not giving much away except one detail: this adventure’s heading to Ghyran.
The cover art shows four heroes, a dwarf, a mage, and two fighters (one looking suspiciously Bretonnian), throwing down with Beastmen and even a Maggotkin of Nurgle creeping in the back.
Leaked Soulblight Gravelords Othar Half-King Model
The Age of Sigmar (AoS) community is buzzing with excitement following the leak of the new Othar Half-King model for the Soulblight Gravelords. This commemorative miniature is expected to be a Warhammer Day exclusive or tied to an upcoming Games Workshop event like Boxing Day.
Such models often hint at larger things to come, and this release may well signal future developments for the Soulblight Gravelords in AoS.

Helsmiths of Hashut Individual Releases: Release Date November 1st, 2025
Age of Sigmar players, say hello to your new dark overlords: the Helsmiths of Hashut. These definitely aren’t your granddad’s Chaos Dwarfs. The Army box was released on September 29, 2025, but the individual releases listed are scheduled for November 1st, 2025.

AoS Spearhead Updates: Release Date June 14th, 2025
Spearhead mode is cranking the chaos up to 11 on June 14th. Skaven are gnawing through everything in the Vermindoom, and now the undead of Shyish are shambling into the spotlight with Sand and Bone, a new rules expansion loaded with fresh missions, terrain tweaks, and four all-new faction boxes to stir things up.
Oh, and the General’s Handbook is back in a snazzy box with Objective Counters. You’ll want it if you plan on doing anything serious with your Age of Sigmar army.

Urkhan storms onto the scene like a Chaos champion should: decked out in heavy armor, draped in a windswept cloak, and ready to ruin someone’s day. With head options ranging from a spiky eight-pointed helmet to a scarred, bare face, he’s equal parts menacing warlord and display shelf centerpiece.
The Summons: Soulblight Necromancer
This Necromancer brings gothic flair. Standing on broken gravestones and flanked by Deathrattle Skeletons, he’s mid-ritual, summoning reinforcements from the kingdoms. The robes, guards, and magical energy make this miniature a perfect fit for the Soulblight.
Skaven Clawlord Kettek Throatbite: Warhammer Event Exclusive 2025
Kettek Throatbite is the epitome of everything you love about these sinister, backstabbing ratmen. Armed with a pair of razor-sharp weapons and proudly bearing the flag of Blight City, this Clawlord oozes character (and possibly warpstone fumes).

Age of Sigmar Battletome Roadmap 40k Heading Into 2026
Recent Age of Sigmar rumors called out new kits for Maggotkin of Nurgle, Fyreslayers, Ogors, and Skaven. Then GW’s teaser dropped: a Nurgle shield, a fiery-haired dwarf, an Ogor gut plate, and a shady figure with a potion.
Hardly subtle, and lining up a little too perfectly with recent rumors. Coincidence? Doubtful. Here’s the tea.
Up next in 2025 looks to be Nighthaunts and the Idoneth Deepkin (in no particular order), and judging from the teaser images, Blades of Khorne, Kharadron Overlords, and Daughters of Khaine look to be not far off as well.
With the new Warhammer Age of Sigmar edition now available, it’s prime time to map out what’s next. It seems Destruction and Death will steal the spotlight early in 2025, with more than a few battletomes on the horizon.

No New Warhammer Warcry Miniatures: What’s the Hold Up?
You might have noticed that the latest previews didn’t include any new miniatures. Yeah, it’s a bit of a bummer, but don’t go throwing your dice in despair just yet. It seems like Games Workshop is taking a little pause on our favorite skirmish game.

We can only guess that the lush, green turf of a regulation NAF pitch gives these lumbering woodfolk the warm fuzzies—like they’re somehow meant to be here. Which probably explains why Star Players like Maple Highgrove keep popping up like mushrooms after rain. And that, in turn, might just shed some light on the unexpected arrival of Swiftvine Glimmershard.
