GW’s new Warhammer rumor engine preview has a top knot on it, but it could be an upside-down knot on a hilt, too, so what is it from?
Here’s the latest Rumor Engine from Games Workshop. As usual, there are some interesting possibilities for what it could be! Whatever the case, we can’t wait to see what Games Workshop has in store when it’s finally revealed.

New Rumor Engine Preview: November 11th, 2025
This new rumor engine is clearly a top knot. There’s a slight chance it could be an upside-down weapon tassle too, but those spikes sure wouldn’t be comfortable to hold.
Maybe it is the (new) Year of 40k Chaos soon? This seems to match the Chaos Space Marine below, sans the spikey bits.
With that being said, AoS or Old World are way more likely here, with Chaos and Destruction naturally at the top of the list.
Is this the return of the Savage Orruks? They’ve been needing an update for a while, so maybe! Otherwise, Chaos and specialist games have plenty of potential too!
Either way, this is a rumor engine with tons of possible options; it will be cool to see the future mini!
