Here are all the rules for every model that moved to Warhammer Legends for 10th Edition 40k in free downloadable index cards.
Games Workshop has been moving tons of models to Legends since the beginning of 10th Edition, but once again, they are giving out all the rules and points for free. However, this time they also have a HUGE counts as/proxies list, meaning you can use some of these older models as new datasheets everywhere but in matched play.
So while they still have rules, they will not be tournament legal, but you can still use them for 40k in friendly games. Since GW won’t keep up with these rules much, they might be what you have to use for the rest of the edition.

Legends are fully usable in all of your regular games of Warhammer 40,000 – in fact, we actively encourage you to use these classic miniatures at home, in store, and at your local Warhammer clubs.
As they said, all friendly games can use these models; it’s just the fact they won’t get too much more support than this in terms of rules. So hopefully, you like the cards!
Points Values
They are giving out the points for all the Legends for free, and as expected, the Space Marines get hit the hardest with tons of models. You can download all the points here!
Proxies List
There’s an extra document that explains how to use some models from the Heretic Astartes list in your more specialised Thousand Sons, World Eaters, and Death Guard armies – so that Khornate Hell Blade you have on your shelf can still take to the skies.
This document also includes a lengthy “counts as” list for units that don’t have specific rules of their own. Your Whirlwind Hyperios is now a Whirlwind, while your Renegade Command Squad becomes a Dark Commune. Simple!
This list is quite long, but it is nice to have some confirmation on what you can use your minis for if you don’t want to replace them with newer stuff. You can download the whole proxies list here.

Space Marines 40k Legends Index Cards Downloads
The Space Marines get the second most units moving to Legends, with 45 pages worth (not including the other chapters). Considering there are so many rules, we’re not going to cover all of them, but if you want to download all of them, you can here!
Other Space Marines Chapters
Three of the main chapters are all getting a single additional unit moving to Legends, so nothing too crazy, but you can download the other chapters’ units here.
Adepta Sororitas 40k Legends Index Cards Downloads
They only have two units hitting the list, but it’s good to know what’s going to Legends; you can download the rules here.
Adeptus Mechanicus 40k Legends Index Cards Downloads
They get a single unit, and you can download the rules here.
Aeldari 40k Legends Index Cards Downloads
They have the third-longest list of units going to Legends, with over 20 pages worth of cards. You can download all of them here.
Agents of the Imperium 40k Legends Index Cards Downloads
Agents get a decent list of models going to Legends with 11 pages worth. You can download all of them here.
Astra Militarum 40k Legends Index Cards Downloads
Imperial Guard, unfortunately, has the biggest list of models moving to legend, with well over 60 pages worth of index cards. You can download all of them here.

They have a lot of units hitting Legends, which means fewer named Daemons. You can download all the rules here.

They only get two units, but the Reaper has been a favorite for a long time, so it’s sad to see it go. You can download all the rules here.
