Land Raider Crusader Updated 40k Rules Sheet SPOTTED!

land raiderHow did Land Raiders shake out? Well, their changes are a little weird- here’s the new 40k rules sheet for the Land Raider Crusader and Redeemer.

U/Krazaz on Reddit posted up a pic of the new unit profile for Land Raider Crusaders and Redeemers. As usual, let’s jump into what all has changed on these units. If you are hungry for more Space Marine updates, you can check out all of our past coverage as well:

Land Raider Crusader & Redeemer 9th Ed. Updates!

land raider updated datasheetFor both of these units, there weren’t any real changes. Although the lack of a certain change has us scratching our head. Look at the muli-melta profile. We already know that it’s getting changes so why haven’t any updates come to that weapon on the Land Raider? Taken from the list of confirmed changes to wargear, GW mentioned that it’s going to +2 flat damage and becoming Heavy 2.

  • Melta Weapons: with a flat +2 Damage bonus replacing its current ability, resulting in a whopping Damage potential of 8! What’s more, the rules team have put the ‘multi’ into multi-melta, as it’s doubling up to Heavy 2!

At this point, there have been so many rules discrepancies between datasheets that we’re not sure what’s going on. But as we’re about a month away before Necrons and Space Marines get their codex, we’re hoping GW will pound out all the mistakes there.
