Here are all the new Age of Sigmar roadmap product releases we know are on the horizon, just don’t ask when. Look for more information to drop shortly about all the new products in this section, soon™.

Cannonade Cogfort

Cannonade CogfortThe Cannonade Cogfort looks like the Cities of Sigmar decided a regular fortress was too slow, so they strapped legs under one and pointed it at the enemy. With that massive Godbreaker cannon up top, this thing feels less like battlefield support and more like a polite way of deleting whatever was standing over there a second ago.

Erasmus Zonn, the Enlightened One

Erasmus Zonn, the Enlightened OneErasmus Zonn has big, ambitious wizard energy, and GW clearly leaned all the way into it with this model. Between the Hysh politics, the flashy magic, and that weird flying Glyphwing companion, he feels like the sort of guy who absolutely says he is helping while making everything way messier.

Collegiate Battlemages

Collegiate BattlemagesThese are exactly what you want from Aqshy mages: hot-headed, dangerous, and probably one bad mood away from setting the front line on fire. The blindfold detail is a great touch, too, because nothing says “responsible battlefield sorcerer” like needing magical fabric to stop yourself from cooking your own side.

The Knellmages are creepy in all the best ways, and the tollhelm with little clockwork skeleton drummers is the kind of grim weirdness Age of Sigmar does so well. They look like they wandered out of a haunted cathedral and decided to make that everybody else’s problem.

Gate Gargants

Gate GargantsThe Gate Gargants are one of those reveals where you instantly know somebody at GW was having a great time designing them. Giant shield-smashing city gargants with a watchtower and a Scattershot cannon on top is ridiculous, but in the exact right way.

Dawner’s Triumph

Dawner’s TriumphDawner’s Triumph gives the Cities of Sigmar a piece that feels equal parts holy relic, war memorial, and mobile morale booster. It adds a lot of flavor to the range, and it is a nice reminder that Sigmar’s armies run on faith, grit, and a shocking willingness to keep marching into terrible odds.

Jorvan Kreel, Heir of the Kraken

Jorvan Kreel, Heir of the KrakenJorvan Kreel has a ton of personality packed into this reveal, and he feels like the kind of hero Cities players can really latch onto. The whole fallen Anvilgard revenge angle already sells him, but the ash panther Thexa absolutely seals the deal.

Mallus Forgepriest

Mallus ForgepriestThe Mallus Forgepriest looks like he walked straight out of a sermon and into a bar fight. He brings that classic Cities mix of faith and blunt-force trauma, which honestly feels like a pretty reliable way to handle Chaos.

Freeguild Gallants

Freeguild GallantsThe Freeguild Gallants are a nice change of pace from the usual mounted noble hero look, giving Cities some proper, heavily armored foot beaters. They look built to hold the line, take the hit, and make the other side regret charging in the first place.

Freeguild Grenadiers

Freeguild GrenadiersThe Freeguild Grenadiers look like the Cities finally decided subtlety was overrated. Big guns, heavy bardiches, and a flame projector for clearing out cover give them that elite breach-team feel, which should make them a very easy sell for anyone who likes their infantry loud and aggressive.

Battletome: Cities of Sigmar

Cities BattletomeThe new Battletome looks like a pretty huge refresh, not just a rules update with a fancy cover. Between the Cogfort-focused Army of Renown, outlaw Regiments of Renown, and all the extra lore and Path to Glory content, it feels like GW is trying to give Cities players a lot more toys to mess with.

Spearhead: Zenestra’s Zealots

Spearhead Zenestra’s ZealotsZenestra’s Zealots feels like a very on-brand Spearhead, leaning hard into the fanatical side of the Cities range. Pontifex Zenestra already has a massive presence on the table, so packing her in with Steelhelms, a Marshal, and Command Corps makes this a pretty eye-catching way to start or expand the army.

City of Ash

City of Ash BoxCity of Ash looks like one of the cooler boxes GW has shown off in a while, mostly because it actually feels like a story in a box. Cities of Sigmar trying to survive in the ruins while Clans Eshin skitter through the shadows is a strong setup, and the fact that both sides get brand new toys makes it even better.

Deathmaster Crixxit

Skaven DeathmasterDeathmaster Crixxit is pure Skaven nonsense in the best possible way, complete with a huge ego and enough actual skill to maybe justify it. He’s the kind of assassin who absolutely writes his own legend first and then goes out trying to make it true.

Gutter Runners

Skaven Gutter RunnerThe new Gutter Runners finally give Clans Eshin the kind of proper plastic support people have wanted for a long time. They look fast, nasty, and exactly like the sort of unit that is going to make opponents check every shadow twice.

Night Runners

Skaven Night RunnersNight Runners bring that perfect disposable-but-still-dangerous Skaven vibe. They may be at the bottom of the ladder, but poison blades, throwing weapons, and a desperate need to impress a Deathmaster are still more than enough to ruin somebody’s day.

Leaked Soulblight Gravelords Othar Half-King Model

Leaked AoS Othar Half-King ModelThe Age of Sigmar (AoS) community was very excited following the leak of the new Othar Half-King model for the Soulblight Gravelords. This commemorative miniature was expected to be a Warhammer Day exclusive or tied to an upcoming Games Workshop event.

Such models often hint at larger things to come, and this release may well signal future developments for the Soulblight Gravelords in AoS.

Daughters of Khaine New Releases: Release Date April 11th, 2026

Daughters of Khaine Blood HagsHour of Ruin has the Mortal Realms crawling with Skaven, so the Daughters of Khaine are showing up with fresh tools for the murder business: new elite Blood Hags, a flashy new Shrine kit, and a fully updated Battletome.

On top of that, they’re getting multiple boxed options to start or expand armies, plus a Regiment of Renown that can slot into a bunch of other Order factions. Basically, it’s a decent refresh that hits new minis, new rules, and new ways to buy in.

What’s coming for Daughters of Khaine

Sylvaneth New Releases: Release Date April 11th, 2026

new sylvaneth product shots painted miniatures age of sigmar grove guardian

GW’s Valentine’s Day Sylvaneth reveal for AoS fourth edition is a classic “rules and bundles” wave: one new character kit (the Grove Guardian), a new Battletome, and three box sets aimed at totally different hobby goals. The slightly painful bit is that the refresh only brings a single new sculpt, but the upside is updated warscrolls across the whole range and boxes that make starting or expanding Sylvaneth way easier.

Here’s what’s next for the Sylvaneth:

  • Grove Guardian: the one brand-new miniature, with big centerpiece energy and strong Sylvaneth story vibes.
  • Battletome: Sylvaneth: updated lore and rules, plus refreshed warscrolls for all twenty-five army entries.
  • Battleforce: Strongroot Grove
The big value play for tree lovers: three Treelords (Ancient or Durthu options) plus six Kurnoth Hunters.
  • Spearhead: Spitewing Flight
The fast, annoying movement package: Arch-Revenant, Revenant Seekers, Spiterider Lancers, and Gossamid Archers.
  • Regiment of Renown: The Twisted Branch
The ally kit: a Branchwych plus the Twistweald warband, built to plug into other factions for narrative and mixed lists.

Ossiarch Bonereapers New Releases: Release Date March 7th, 2026

New BonereapersBonereapers were already the poster kids for disciplined board control, but this refresh feels like a real “toolbox army” instead of a slow march and a prayer. Between faster command pieces, actual ranged pressure, and assassins that can reach into the backline, they look built to play the table, not just grind the middle.

Here’s everything the Ossiarch Bonereapers are grabbing in this 4th Edition update:

Disciples of Tzeentch New Releases: Release Date February 21, 2026

FatemasterIf you’re a Disciples player, you already know the vibe: your opponent thinks it is fine until it is absolutely not. This update sharpens that identity with cleaner tools, more control, and a flashy terrain piece that turns the magic phase into a full-on inconvenience factory.

Here’s everything the Disciples of Tzeentch are grabbing in this 4th Edition update:

Lumineth Realm-Lords: Release Date February 21, 2026

Vanari Lord RegentLumineth already loves dictating tempo, and the new stuff looks like more ways to tell your opponent where they are allowed to stand. The Vanari Lord Regent fits that perfect “centerpiece leader who also buffs the army” slot, while the new boxes and manifest-y tricks double down on control, positioning, and playing the mission like it is scripted.

Here’s everything the Lumineth Realm-lords are grabbing in this 4th Edition update:

Maggotkin of Nurgle New Releases: Release Date January 17, 2026

Festus

Festus the Leechlord is back and riding a slug the size of your car into battle, bringing a new wave of Maggotkin of Nurgle models, and a battletome that is gloriously gross and absolutely oozing with charm.

Recent Age of Sigmar rumors called out new kits for Maggotkin of Nurgle, Fyreslayers, Ogors, and Bonereapers. Then GW’s teaser dropped: a Nurgle shield, a fiery-haired dwarf, an Ogor gut plate, and a shady figure with a potion.

Hardly subtle, and lining up a little too perfectly with recent rumors. Coincidence? Doubtful. Here’s the tea on these teasers.

Looking back on 2025 for Age of Sigmar, Destruction and Death stole the spotlight early, followed by Deepkin, Khorne, and the Realmlords battletomes over the summer.

No New Warhammer Warcry Miniatures: What’s the Hold Up?

Yep, it seems like Games Workshop is taking a little pause on our favorite skirmish game. Maybe they’re cooking up something epic behind the scenes or just giving us a moment to catch our breath (and our wallets a break). Who knows?

We’ll update this post when new warbands are revealed for 2026.

Warhammer Underworlds Roadmap & New Release Previews:

Warhammer Underworlds Roadmap brings new warbands, powerful cards, and fresh mechanics to the game’s thrilling arena. These latest releases and pre-orders are packed with everything you need to start building your ultimate deck and crushing your foes.

Thyrielle’s Zephyrites

Thyrielle’s ZephyritesThyrielle’s Zephyrites look like one of those warbands that will make clever players feel like absolute geniuses, and everyone else wonder why the fox is ruining their whole day. With Tzul acting as a roaming wind-marker instead of a normal fighter, this crew gets to bounce around the board, boost their defenses, and turn enemies into easy targets, which is a very Lumineth way of being both elegant and annoying at the same time.

Thanatek’s Tithe New Warband Revealed

Thanatek’s TitheThanatek’s Tithe just rolled into Embergard to collect the bone tax, and they are not stopping at skulls. This new Ossiarch Bonereapers Warhammer Underworlds warband is hunting “truebone” and shows up with a fresh Rivals deck loaded with new options.

They’re a Flex-style crew, happy to either scrap or play the treasure game depending on the board. The cute trick on their warscroll is Thanatek can channel attacks through his Retainer buddies, which is a nasty little angle once things get spicy.

Spitewood & Expansions: Release Date October 18th, 2025

Spitewood ExpansionSpitewood brings some serious forest fury to Warhammer Underworlds. The new Kurnoth’s Heralds warband isn’t here to make friends—they’re here to keep their sacred thickets clean of trespassers, preferably by axe, arrow, or righteous stomp.

Spitewood Expansion 2Led by the path-carving Ylarin and backed by two absolute weapons in elf form, they’re fast, defensive, and downright rude to anyone stepping on their moss. Good luck charging into their turf without catching a tree to the face.

Underworlds Warband Bundles

Grand Alliance Warbands 2

These upcoming Grand Alliance bundles bring back 16 fan-favorite warbands, all updated for the new season, with a fresh card set dropping alongside for the collectors who already own the plastic.
