Do you remember them all? Warhammer World likes to bring battles to life through GW and Forge World models on a massive display.
Looking back, Warhammer World has flexed its hobby muscles to the max. With dioramas taking up the footprint of an entire table, each display has a story to tell.
Tau Moon Base
The Tau had their party pooped on when a bunch of Imperial forces showed up unannounced to evict them from the planet. Knights, Titans, and other Mechanicum forces marched forward into their base before the Manta even had the chance to take off.
Stormcast & Khorne Castle Siege
There’s a lot going on in this pic, but to give you an idea of the immense scale of the display, you can see the fully zoomed-out image.
Khorne raiding parties amassed and began to siege a Stormcast Citadel with Judicators, Retributors and more holding the line fiercely.
Docked Warlord Titan Display
Stepping into a Mechanicum factorum, we can see a Warlord Titan being prepared for battle. The Cawl hiumself is standing at a terminal executing the last of ceremonial protocols.
Thunderhawk Shock & Awe
Dark Angels are dealing with a sudden Nurgle incursion on an Imperial planet. They called in Dark Talons and Thunderhawks for immediate air support and it did not disappoint. The Thunderhawks are modeled with rockets blasting-mid air with smoke trails in tow.
Siege of Khanoris
On a snowy Necron tomb world, Blood Angels are called in to eradicate the planet. Of course, the Necrons have fully awoken and are more than capable of fighting back.
Imperial Fists Repelling the Black Legion
Imperial Fists are doing all they can to cull a Black Legion invasion as a part of the latest Warhammer World display. They’ve also already made full use out of the new Primaris units from Shadowspear. Abaddon is leading his forces the best he can but they are marching right into a wall of ceramite that successfully defended all of Terra to the death.
Amazing Burning of Prospero Studio Table Unveiled!
Do not miss this amazing studio table at a 40k Open of the Burning of Prospero that’s packed full of Astartes and Custodes alike!
Battle in Ultramar
This table original was thought to depict the battle for Calth, however, it looks to be one of the battles in the Blood Oath book that was only available from Warhammer World itself.
Warhammer World has thrown a lot of love and models at these displays to create these large-scale masterpieces. With some of our top Warhammer displays covered, which one is your favorite? Which factions would you like to see them use in a display next?
