Necromunda: Underhive Wars Game Play & Release Sale

necromunda trailer 2We’ve been keeping tabs on this game for a while but the latest bit of news is that it’s finally out and you can even get it for less as part of a new release promotion. The game normally runs for $39.99 but through September 14th, it’s going to be 20% off (for $31.99).

Currently, the game has Mixed Reviews, but at the time of writing this, the game has only been out for about a day. The overall weigh-in from the community could change as more people play and the game develops, but just keep that in mind.

Official & Unofficial Gameplay Overviews

Starting with a video from the developers, they put together a gameplay overview to give you a feel for the game.

In the video, the developers show off just how far you can take the cosmetic customization of your gang between three houses. Orlocks, Goliath, and Escher. There is also a story and multiplayer mode to play through once the game launches. As you play, the game will keep track of lasting injuries on your gangers as well as reputation and gang wealth.

Just like on the tabletop, you don’t want your dudes to die off, but depending on the mission, you could have a lot of potential reputation and riches on the line. It may be worth it to sacrifice a dude to get that new Stubber you’ve been wanting!

For example, the leader can inspire others with some encouraging words or basically threaten them to do a certain action.
