Unfortunately, the Lord of Malice from Creature Caster is being retired from production, so if you want it, grab yours now!
Creature Caster specializes in two things: large models and great detail. The Lord of Malice has been out for a little while but is a perfect example of what Creature Caster has to offer. This model will fit perfectly in any Chaos force and makes a great alternative for Be’lakor. However, if you want it, go get it now before it’s gone forever!
The mini is pretty awesome, and Rob did an unboxing of this not too long, ago, so we’ll also take a look at how it builds up!
Lord of Malice: $79.00
The mini is just amazing, and it seems like most people wouldn’t give you a hard time about fielding it.
Also, just look at the size of this thing! Nothing wrong with throwing down the big guys onto the table.
As we said, though, once they are gone, they are gone for good!
While seeing the mini is all well and good, let’s check out Rob’s unboxing of the whole kit.
The Lord of Malice Makes an Awesome Be’lakor Alternative!
Just like with all of their kits, the bits are insanely detailed and made of really high-quality resin. When you have all the pieces laid out, you can really see how much time they put into the sculpt. As with previous models from Creature Caster, you will have the two head and weapon variants to play with when customizing your Lord of Malice.
The muscle and scale detail on the torso is on point. The wings are full of detail, from the webbing down to the spines.
When you get right up on the bits, they look even cooler! They even give you an axe as well, so if you’re not a fan of giant swords, well, you better love giant axes!
Fully assembled, this model is a beast. Measuring 13.5cm from the bottom of the scenic base to the top of his wings, the Lord of Malice strikes a pose that is brimming with evil intent. The scenic base can be attached to a 60mm base if you are wanting to field this model on the table. The kit assembled smoothly, and there were no issues.
Since everything slots together quite well, painting in sections and assembling when done will be the order of the day. If you want to see Rob’s full review, check out his video below.
