These are the key dates for AdeptiCon 2023 that are worth throwing on your calendar if you’re planning on attending the convention!

AdeptiCon is one of the best cons for anyone who loves Warhammer. Even though the event is about five months away, it’s always nice to know in advance what happens and when!

Everything for AdeptiCon always sells out quickly, so don’t wait too long and miss out on your spot. If you see a key date, you need to keep an eye on, put it on your calendar and get it ready!

AdeptiCon 2023 Key Dates Include Tickets, Cart, & Refunds

The Season of the Witch is upon us, as the winds of October slowly build into the gales of November. So, while we’re all getting those last-minute Halloween costumes together, we thought it was also the perfect time to start thinking about some upcoming dates related to AdeptiCon 2023 (March 22nd – 26th, 2023).

Registration Opens: Sunday, January 8th, 2023 at 1 PM CT
Registration Closes: Tuesday, February 28th, 2023 at 12 PM CT
Targeting Release of the Cart Preview: Friday, December 16th, 2022 at 1 PM CT
Last Day for Cash Refunds: Friday, March 3rd, 2023
Last Day for Ticket Credit Refunds: Friday, March 10th, 2023

On Wednesday, March 22nd for those pre-registered badges, merchandise, and event tickets will be available for pickup at 6pm at AdeptiCon Registration. Onsite registration for badges and open events can be purchased starting Thursday, March 23rd at 8:00 am.

AdeptiCon 2023 Room Blocks Open!

The summer of 2022 is starting to wind down. Vacations are ending, the Family Truckster is packed for the long trip home. Kids of all ages are heading back to school, with some dorm rooms already decorated with Lord of the Rings and Zeppelin posters. And very soon, the air will be filled with the seasonal fragrance of pumpkin spice. It is also the time of year that we start to think about our 2023 AdeptiCon accommodations.

AdeptiCon 2023 is still some five months away (March 22nd-26th), but hotel space will fill quickly. AdeptiCon 2022 demonstrated that the convention is back in a big way, so don’t wait to secure yourself a place to stay. We recommend booking your room as soon as possible. Hotel blocks go live on August 29th, noon Central. Get your room, and then relax, have a spiced latte, and stop procrastinating on that new project and get to work for AdeptiCon 2023!
