New Battle Foam Storage Options- P.A.C.K. 160:
Here are the specs on this one:
The PACK 160 is an ideal bag for any type of skirmish game, such as Kill Team, Blood Bowl, Infinity, and similar size games. The P.A.C.K. (Personal Army Combat Kit) 160 can fit 7.5 inches (191 mm) of Battle Foam Small (BFS) size foam trays (11.5W x 7.75L) foam.
It’s rugged black, Ballistic Nylon exterior protects a hard plastic interior built for strength and durability. The P.A.C.K. 160 features three extended pockets for convenient storage. Its design includes four ribbed feet at the base of the bag to provide a solid base when the bag is resting on the floor or table.
The base of the bag also features a dual strap to equip soft playmates. It was also designed for airport travel and meets all FAA regulations for carry-on luggage.
You can score this with foam or without. This is the standard loadout with foam, but if you go without foam, it’s only $32!

The Battle Foam C-160 box can fit 7.5 inches (191 mm) of Battle Foam Small (BFS) size foam trays (11.5W x 7.75L) foam. These boxes are perfect for stacking in your closet or transporting if necessary. The Battle Foam logo makes for a more exciting box. Store your models with style!
With the standard load out, you will receive the following foam trays to fill the box:
- 1x Primaris Specialty Troop Foam Tray – 1.5 inch (38 mm) thick tray with 15x 2 1/8 x 1 1/4 inch (53 x 31 mm) cut outs and 3x 2 1/8 x 2 1/8 inch (53 x 53 mm) cut outs.
- 1x Nurgle Specialty Troop Foam Tray – 2 inch (50 mm) thick tray with 10x 1 7/8 x 1 1/4 inch (47 x 31 mm) cut outs, 8x 2 1/4 x 1 1/4 inch (57 x 31 mm) cut outs and 1x 2 3/4 x 2 1/4 inch (69 x 57 mm) cut out.
- 1x Battle Foam Small 3 inch (76 mm) thick Pluck Foam Tray. The pluck foam pieces are 1 inch (25 mm) squares. At times, pluck foam trays may require an exacto blade to cut through portions of the foam.
P.A.C.K. 432 2.0:
The P.A.C.K. (Personal Army Combat Kit) 432 2.0 can fit 8 inches (203 mm) of Battle Foam Large (BFL) size foam trays (15.5W x 12L”) or 12 inches (305 mm) of Battle Foam Medium (BFM) size foam trays (15.5W x 8L”). Its rugged Ballistic Nylon exterior protects a hard plastic interior built for strength and durability. This bag was designed for airport travel and meets all FAA regulations for carry on luggage. The P.A.C.K. 432 now offers a molle system, which allows you to further customize this bag to fit your specific storage and transportation needs. The 432 2.0’s newest features include:
