The new fast attack box will let you field your favorite speeders, bikes, and jet bikes in Legions Imperialis to bring the pain quickly!
If you’ve patiently waited for Epic Warhammer 40k to return, it’s being rebranded in the Horus Heresy era as Legions Imperialis. While we’ve seen plenty of the miniatures in the starter box, it’s always nice to see what else will come to the game!
GW announced the game will be pushed back some, but this gives us some more time to decide on the game by looking at the models! If you want to see some of the core rules, you can check those out here. Let’s jump into the new miniatures.
The Fast Attack Box Brings the Speed to Legions Imperialis!
The latest on the new Fast attack box minis for Legions Imperialis come from Warhammer Community.
Every Legion has a range of nippy units, and the Legion Fast Attack box is packed full of the bikes, jet bikes and speeders you need to leave opponents eating your dust.
This box features a collection of very fast things that hover and fast things that roll on wheels, because even in the far future of Warhammer, the greatest minds of the Imperium cannot reinvent the wheel.
Javelin and Proteus speeders are fast-moving weapon platforms which scoot around columns of tanks to fire on their exposed flanks or catch infantry squads unaware. The box can build four Javelin Land Speeders and four Proteus Land Speeders.
These look great in small form, and if you’ve always wanted to run legions of speeders and jet bikes, this box is going to be for you!
Also included are six bases of Scimitar Jet bikes, each featuring two jet bikes, and four bases of Outrider bikes, each featuring three cycles. These nimble raiders are superb for snatching objectives and performing hit-and-run attacks on slow line infantry and stationary fire support emplacements.
In total the Legiones Astartes Fast Attack box contains 32 epic-scale plastic miniatures, each of them the perfect size for pushing around the table while making engine sounds.
There are plenty of Scimitar Jet Bikes and four bases of Outrider Bikes! Again, this box is all about fast attack and should be a fun addition to the line.
