forge world now availableHere is the latest release to come off pre-order status and is now available at Forge World. Check out this awesome new cook for Necromunda!

Fresh off the pre-orders section and moved to now available, Bigby Crump is going to be a dope add-on to any gang if you want to spice your games up. He’s got a whole new level of interaction between gangers!

Bigby Crumb, Ratling Slopper$30

necromunda bigby crumb 1A well-fed gang is a happy gang! Keep your fighters fit and healthy with a Ratling slopper who can also help out in turf wars with his stub gun and trusty ladle. He comes with a seperate slop pot, which stands on top of the grill and contains his latest culinary creation.

We’ve got another Ratling joining the Necromunda universe! Being an ex-cook who used to work within the high spires of the world, he’s fallen on hard times. Now, he’s hirable to gangs who want to eat well for Necromunda’s standards.

necromunda bigby crumb 2This highly detailed, 9-part resin kit makes one Bigby Crumb and is supplied with a 25mm Necromunda base. His slop pot can be assembled closed, open with the lid held up by a tentacle or without the lid so that you can see the boot he has added to improve the flavour.

Bigby’s In-Game Rules

necromunda bigby crumb 3At 50 Credits, he’s about the cost of a Ganger without any real Wargear. However, he’s also T2 with one wound so you probably are better off keeping him nestled in a corner somewhere and just let him cook.

necromunda bigby crumb 4So all of Bigby’s rules really proc off of models being within 2″ of his pot. Two different recipes allow your gang to get some pretty awesome benefits for just 50 credits. From being able to spring up easier and become tankier, the only trade-off is that you have to huddle up around the pot. Bigby also has a little board control against the enemy with Tentacle Surprise if you put his pot right in a doorway or corridor.

Bigby is the first unit of his kind to come with these rules adding in another dimension of gameplay in Necromunda. It’ll be interesting to see how he’s combos with all the other gang’s rules and styles of fighting.

With Bigby now available, which gang will you be partnering him with? Is he better used in closely confined maps a bunch of doorways and halls?
