The saga of the Herald of Misery comes to a close with the final battle in the White Dwarf Arks of Omen campaign, as the Tome Keepers and Blood Angels make a final desperate push to reach the centre of the accursed space hulk. It falls to the clandestine warriors of the Inquisition to lead the charge against these forces of sedition. Kill Team: Ashes of faith provides a lengthy narrative campaign focused on a group of these operatives and their attempt to purge a whole planet of a malignant Chaos Cult.
There are 40 miniatures, 23 for the Chaos Cult, and 17 assorted Inquisitorial Agents. Seven of these are brand-new dual-build miniatures that allow you to build a rag-tag band of hyper-talented weirdos. The set also contains the Ashes of Faith Campaign Rulebook with all the rules for playing out this planet-spanning narrative, and dozens of accessories.
These new Inquisition Agents seem to already be a fan-favorite with hobbyists because of their modularity and retro callbacks to the early 2000s 54mm scale Inquisition tabletop game. However, it’s still up in the air if this box set was actually produced in quantity to satisfy stores and gamers alike.
With Gallowfall capped at 4 per store, and prices going for 1.5 to 2x retail, the frustration at Games Workshop and their influencers has become palpable in both online comments and in-person conversation.

Campaigns of The Age of Darkness: The Siege of Cthonia: $60 (GW Web Exclusive)
This expansion book for Warhammer: The Horus Heresy provides a comprehensive history of the Siege of Cthonia, detailing the Loyalist and Traitor forces involved in the campaign. It also allows you to put your army in the role of Loyalist occupiers or Traitor resistance, with rules for linking your games into Onslaught Campaigns, playing new Core Missions and narrative Apex Missions, fighting Zone Mortalis battles in cramped conditions, and fielding new units such as unstable Legiones Inductii recruits, Legiones Decurion tank commanders, the hellish Infernus Abominations, and upgrades and unique characters specifically for the Imperial Fists and Sons of Horus.
It’s cool to see the first narrative campaign book for Horus Heresy. Hobbyists for this game take it very seriously, and we love to see it. However, with this book being direct only and having the potential of a low print run its going to be even more challenging for players to get the rules they need now. This multipart plastic kit builds a Slann Starmaster – a toad-like mage-priest seated atop a floating palanquin. The Starmaster visibly exudes ancient wisdom and magical power, and the kit includes a huge variety of customisation options to make them your own. You’ll find a choice of two heads – one with an open mouth, delicate necklace, and elaborate feathered crown, and one with a closed mouth, ornate talismans, and optional diadem. There’s also two left arms – one carrying a sceptre, the other a crystal skull – and two right arms in different mystical poses, one of which comes with an optional arcane orb.

This humongous box contains 72 new miniatures split between the Space Marines and the Tyranids.
So the box is, in fact, humongous. If you are a player of either faction or ever considered trying them, this is an excellent option for a starting point going into the 10th edition of Warhammer 40k!The Emperor’s Angels of Death are represented by an indomitable Captain in Terminator Armour, a Librarian in Terminator Armour, a Primaris Lieutenant in Phobos Armour, an Apothecary Biologis, five immense Terminators, five Sternguard, a sharpshooting Ballistus Dreadnought, and 10 pyreblaster-toting Infernus Marines.
Space Marines have fewer models than the Tyranids in this box, but with every model being new, this is still a super exciting time for fans. Everything looks fantastic.
They are holding the line against the worst that Hive Fleet Leviathan can throw against them, including a savage Winged Tyranid Prime, a brain-melting Neurotyrant and its two Neuroloid lackeys, three Von Ryan’s Leapers, a Psychophage, a swarm of 20 Termagants and two Ripper Swarms, 11 Neurogaunts, five Barbgaunts, and a brutal reimagining of the iconic Screamer-Killer.
As a Xenos faction, they don’t get love as much as the mainstay factions like Space Marines, BUT this release has a ton of goodies and options for Tyranid players!
Besides all these fantastic miniatures, there is a massive special edition hardback Leviathan Core Book, containing all of the contents of the Warhammer 40,000 Core Book (which will be released very shortly after). This weighty grimoire includes the first narrative Crusade Expansion, extensive background lore, and galleries of miniatures for every major faction. We’re not done, because there’s also a 66-card Chapter Approved Mission Card Deck which generates tense and exciting Matched Play missions, and a Space Marines transfer sheet.
This new Hardback core book looks great and is sure to have some unique scenarios in it, but if you want to test out some 10th edition games, you can now grab the 10th ed. core rules online for free to try games yourself!Pre-Order Bonuses
On top of that, there are a variety of pre-order bonuses available, depending on where you get your copy. If you order via the Games Workshop webstore, you’ll receive a set of two double-sided gaming boards with a total playable area of 30” x 44”. Purchase your set from a Warhammer store, you’ll get a set of 36 acrylic tokens, which includes six 40mm round objective markers, 10 battleshock tokens, and 20 wound tokens, in a stylish tin sporting the Leviathan logo.

Nothing quite matches the flair of a named character! As a Terminator, Voldus will be a pretty decent size. If you have him on the table watching over your games, you’ll have his blessing while hunting daemons. (he is an excellent Psyker, after all)

It’s always awesome to get full squads, and what’s more intimidating than some assault terminators? From the looks of it, these don’t have an insane number of bits, but they still look great, and we expect them to be super articulate.
They even give them some serious fangs, which is just awesome!

This is possibly the coolest Chaplain we’ve seen yet! Picking this up will really buff up your collection. He doesn’t have a huge number of options, but plenty to make some really cool dioramas!

At first glance, they packed some great detail into this figure, and he looks very much like the mini!
If you play the raven boys, you might as well get one of their best-known characters to watch over your games and give you extra luck. As we said, this is on pre-order now but should be shipping out in July. So not long to wait now.
Like with a lot of the models, you can either go bareheaded or throw on the helmet for that extra bit of protection.
